★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui duas vezes para fazer exames e as duas moças que me atenderam foram gentis, respeitosas e profissionais. Tudo correu bem e nos dias em que eu fui estava vazio, então não houve demora.
I went twice to do exams, and the two girls who attended me were gentle, respectful, and professional. Everything went well and on the days I went it was empty, so there was no delay.

disse que não precisava pegar senha, Enqto ela preenchia a papelada, chegaram mais 2 ou 3 pessoas, e essas pessoas foram atendidas,e foram embora antes de mim, considerei uma falta de respeito, nâo se segui ordem de chegada? Reclamei, foi me dito que estavam com problema de sistema, só pra mim, né?, problema de sistema ninguém teria sido atendido. Fora as instalações, parece que saíram de um depósito de 1950.Não gostei, não recomendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo , péssimo ,péssimo , uma demora absurda , tem dão senha normal pra preferencial , falam que vão chamar e não chamam , não respeitam grávidas em jejum , tem a plaquinha que tem atendimento preferencial porém não respeitam a lei , absurdo o descaso .
Terrible, terrible, terrible, an absurd delay, they have a normal password for the preferential one, they say they will call and they don't, they don't respect fasting pregnant women, there's a sign that has preferential service but they don't respect the law, absurd neglect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faço quimioterapia e preciso coletar a cada 15 dias. Minha veia é quase impossível de pegar. Mas lá tem um anjo. A Amanda sempre pega de primeiro. Gentis demais todas meninas. Embora acho poucas funcionárias na recepção. Mas no atendimento em si não posso reclamar.
I do chemotherapy and need to collect every 15 days. My vein is almost impossible to catch. But there's an angel there. Amanda always takes it first. Too kind all girls. Although I find few employees at the reception. But I can't complain about the service itself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, muita demora, fiz a ficha era 7 da manhã e até agora 7H57 não fui atendida, cheguei no laboratório só tinham 3 pessoas, agora está cheio, a enfermeira só começa a chamar depois de fazer a ficha de pelo menos 10 pessoas, um absurdo!
Se tivessem chamando pro exame desde a hora que a primeira ficha ficasse pronta, não estava essa muvuca no laboratório.
Só se preocupam em fazer a ficha e não em colher o exame, a enfermeira que devia ajudar na coleta está fazendo ficha na recepção sendo que já tem umas 4 pessoas esperando pra colher sangue.
Terrible, long delay, I made the form at 7 am and until now 7:57 am I have not been seen, I arrived at the laboratory there were only 3 people, now it is full, the nurse only starts calling after making the form of at least 10 people, one absurd!
If they had been calling for the exam from the moment the first file was ready, there wouldn't be this crowd in the laboratory.
They only care about making the form and not collecting the exam, the nurse who should help with the collection is making a form at the reception and there are already about 4 people waiting to collect blood.
