Se fosse gratuito, mas nem é, agente tá pagando pra ser mal atendido....
Awful! The receptionists were very rude, they treated me with the greatest lack of politeness. Very sad, I needed to do an exam and they didn't want to see me.. Very sad with this mute way that it is, the love of the world is over.
If it were free, but it's not, we're paying to be poorly attended....
