★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma cidade bem aconchegante, calma e com boa segurança. Quem é da cidade diz que é bom pra se morar. Porém ainda não há uma grande variedade de lojas, portanto alguns artigos de necessidade básica tenham que ser adquiridos em São Miguel ou Castanhal. Há muitas lojas que vendem roupas, bastante farmácias e lanchonetes que abrem principalmente à noite. O principal ponto de encontros e eventos parece ser a Praça da Matriz.
 A very cozy city, calm and with good security. Whoever is from the city says it's good to live. However, there is still not a great variety of stores, so some basic necessities have to be purchased in São Miguel or Castanhal. There are many stores that sell clothes, plenty of pharmacies and snack bars that open mainly at night. The main meeting and event point seems to be Praça da Matriz.
