Sofá perfeito, muito macio e confortável.
Foi uma ótima compra, a loja é linda e todos os sofás são muito aconchegantes, tem uma grande variedade de cores, modelos e tecidos/estampas. Compramos em pleno feriado e com 3 dias recebemos o sofá em casa. A empresa que faz o frete foi muito atenciosa e prestativa ao montar e explicar como movimentar o sofá retrátil.
Posso dizer que foi muito mais que uma compra, foi uma EXPERIÊNCIA passar por esta loja! Gostaríamos de agradecer profundamente e claro parabenizar o atendimento que recebemos do DIMI, procurem por ele, muito atencioso e gentil, só elogios! Além de agradecer pelo brinde que ganhamos também (um puf muito bonitinho). A loja tem ótimas condições de pagamento e desconto a vista bem bacana.

Perfect sofa, very soft and comfortable.
It was a great purchase, the store is beautiful and all the sofas are very cozy, they have a wide variety of colors, models and fabrics/prints. We bought it in the middle of the holiday and within 3 days we received the sofa at home. The company that does the shipping was very attentive and helpful in assembling and explaining how to move the retractable sofa.
I can say that it was much more than a purchase, it was an EXPERIENCE going through this store! We would like to thank you deeply and of course congratulate the service we received from DIMI, look for him, very attentive and kind, only praise! In addition to thanking you for the gift we also won (a very cute poof). The store has great payment terms and a very nice discount.

Recebi o meu Moscow três dias após a compra e eu estou apaixonada! ❤️ Ele é lindo e isso sem falar no conforto.
Os pets amaram a nova aquisição da casa e eu mais ainda, pois o tecido realmente não gruda pêlos (e olha que eu sai de longe para ir até a loja só por causa disso hein, rsrs). Optei por contratar o serviço de impermeabilização junto com a compra e foi uma das melhores coisas que fiz.
Além disso, gostaria de enaltecer o atendimento do vendedor Eduardo que foi super prestativo, paciente e atencioso. Cheguei na loja sabendo apenas o tecido que iria querer por conta dos gatos mas não tinha noção em relação ao modelo e conforto, e ele prontamente me orientou.
Estou mobiliando o meu apartamento e infelizmente tive alguns problemas em outras lojas, posso dizer com toda certeza que um bom atendimento faz toda a diferença.
Nada a reclamar... ótimo atendimento, loja aconchegante e com um cheirinho maravilhoso, produto confortável e de alta qualidade.

The pets loved the new addition to the house and I loved it even more, because the fabric doesn't really stick to the hairs (and I went from far away to go to the store just because of that, huh, lol). I chose to hire the waterproofing service along with the purchase and it was one of the best things I did.
In addition, I would like to commend the service provided by the seller Eduardo, who was super helpful, patient and attentive. I arrived at the store knowing only the fabric I would want because of the cats but I had no idea about the model and comfort, and he promptly guided me.
I'm furnishing my apartment and unfortunately I had some problems in other stores, I can say with certainty that a good service makes all the difference.
Nothing to complain... great service, cozy store with a wonderful smell, comfortable and high quality product.
