★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia, fiz questão de vir aqui relatar a minha experiência com a Tapeçaria Incanto, eu estava procurando um lugar para fazer uma reforma GERAL no meu sofá da Plenitude que estava completamente comprometido, com um buraco no módulo do meio, tecido rasgado, encostos quebrados pronto para ir pro lixo, e ví alguns comentários negativos dessa tapeçaria, mas resolvi confiar, e hoje posso dizer que existem pessoas que negativam o trabalho dos outros apenas para ter o prazer de prejudicar alguém.
O serviço da Tapeçaria é excelente, recebi o meu sofá com 10 dias de antecedência do primeiro prazo estipulado e eu e minha esposa fomos completamente surpreendidos, simplesmente chegou um sofá NOVO aqui em casa, parecendo que tinha acabado de sair da loja, não tem nenhum ponto negativo a pontuar, cada detalhe muito bem feitos, tecido excelente, estofado muito confortável, estrutura muito reforçada conforme solicitado por mim, o trabalho é fantástico e o serviço é de primeira linha.
Antes de finalizar, pontuo ainda a qualidade do atendimento, os montadores super gente boa, minha casa tem escada o transporte é super complicado para subir e descer o sofá e trabalharam tanto na hora de retirar quanto na hora de entregar com sorriso no rosto e muito bom humor...

Good morning, I made a point of coming here to report my experience with Tapeçaria Incanto, I was looking for a place to do a GENERAL renovation on my Plenitude sofa that was completely compromised, with a hole in the middle module, torn fabric, broken backrests ready to go to waste, and I saw some negative comments about this tapestry, but I decided to trust it, and today I can say that there are people who deny the work of others just to have the pleasure of harming someone.
Tapestry service is excellent, I received my sofa 10 days in advance of the first deadline and my wife and I were completely surprised, a NEW sofa just arrived here at home, looking like it had just left the store, there is none negative point to point out, every detail very well made, excellent fabric, very comfortable upholstery, very reinforced structure as requested by me, the work is fantastic and the service is first class.
Before finishing, I also point out the quality of service, the assemblers are super nice people, my house has stairs, transportation is super complicated to get up and down the sofa and they worked both when picking up and when delivering with a smile on their face and a lot good mood...
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE INCANTO TAPEÇARIA, MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, IT WAS ABOVE WHAT I EXPECTED, THANK YOU VERY MUCH TO EVERYONE WHO ATTENDED ME FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF MY ORDER...

Os encontrei na rua por acaso, fazendo entrega de um outro cliente e peguei um cartão, o atendimento maravilhoso já começou pela equipe de entrega, super atenciosos, me explicando como eu fazia para solicitar o orçamento. Depois o atendimento comercial com o Alipo foi 1000 e o trabalho de lavagem e reforma, me surpreendeu, meu sofá ficou novo e num preço justo q coube no meu bolso com formas de pagamento facilitadas, com retirada e entrega do sofá na minha casa, de fato, encantada com o trabalho desse pessoal. Obrigada a toda equipe da Tapeçaria Incanto, vcs são preciosos, meus parabéns!

It took me a while to find a tapestry specializing in this type of reclining sofa. I just received my sofa, which was renovated by Tapeçaria Incanto. It was beautiful! It was brand new.
