★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é ótimo, tem um lugar para as crianças pequenas. A única diferença é que em outras lojas da Ortobom que fui e já até adquiri produtos, a entrega foi muito mais rápida, aconteceu até no mesmo dia.
Contudo entrega dentro do prazo.
The service is great, has a place for small children. The only difference is that in other Ortobom stores I went and even bought products, delivery was much faster, happened until the same day.
However delivery on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realizei uma compra Colchão Super Pocket Queen e de um protetor impermeável de 50 cm na Loja Física no Park Shopping Campo Grande/RJ. O Colchão chegou, porém a capa protetora NUNCA CHEGOU. Ligo reclamando, falam que estão sem estoque e que não podem me devolver o dinheiro porque a nota foi faturado junto com o colchão. Na hora de vender, podem tudo, pós-venda horrível, não recomendo a unidade para ninguém. NÃO COMPREM!
I made a purchase Super Pocket Queen Mattress and a 50 cm waterproof protector in the Physical Store at Parque Shopping Campo Grande / RJ. The mattress arrived, but the protective cover NEVER CAME. I call complaining, they say they are out of stock and they can not give me back the money because the bill was billed along with the mattress. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento!Comprei uma cabeceira para uma cama Queen, chegando no dia do prazo não recebi o produto e ninguém da loja entrou em contato comigo pra falar sobre o atraso da entrega,nenhuma justificativa se quer... liguei pra loja e não sabiam me informar o que tinha acontecido,ficaram de me retornar depois... Retornaram e ainda pediram o número da compra novamente,pareciam estar querendo ganhar tempo e nada de justificarem o porquê do atraso na entrega. Liguei mais uma vez,falei com a gerente Luciana e ela me pediu mais um dia pra me dar uma posição,ela não me retornou com a tal posição sobre o motivo da demora.Eu tive que retornar mais uma vez e me falaram que iriam entregar 12 dias após o prazo da entrega porque tinha ocorrido um problema na fábrica ,eu pedi o cancelamento e falaram que não poderiam fazer o cancelamento,que o produto teria que chegar na loja pra eles venderem e depois me darem o dinheiro de volta, absurdo.Não recomendo essa loja!

Meus pais compraram 1 colchão para a minha avó e entregaram errado (desde o início de setembro de 2020), ainda não nos enviaram a nota fiscal, quando vamos a loja dizem que vão resolver e vão nos ligar (a gerente e o vendedor) e não nos retornam. Já reclamei no site do reclame aqui, no sac da ortobom e não nos retornam. Iremos ter que abrir uma demanda judicial para realizar a troca de um produto (que nos é garantido pelo CÓDIGO DE DEFESA DO CONSUMIDOR)
The after sales service is horrible !!!! My parents bought 1 mattress for my grandmother and delivered it wrong (since the beginning of September 2020), they still haven't sent us the invoice, when we go to the store they say they will solve it and will call us (the manager and the seller) do not return. I have already complained on the website of the complaint here, in the sac of ortobom and they do not return us. We will have to file a lawsuit to exchange a product (which is guaranteed to us by the CONSUMER DEFENSE CODE)
