Em 2018 levei meu Palio 2010 para ser arrumado, optei pela Sato mesmo fora da seguradora por confiar na instituição, mas esse foi o pior erro da minha vida!
Ao pegar o carro após o reparo, chego em casa e percebo que apesar de a seguradora ter solicitado, não foi feita a troca da alma do carro. Retornei na oficina e fui informado que essa troca não seria necessária pois é um procedimento muito invasivo. No entanto a seguradora tinha mandado a alma para eles trocarem, questionei o que fariam com a peça, eles disseram que se eu quisesse poderia levar embora (um absurdo).
Ainda assim visando o bem do carro, pedi para fazer o reparo que não haviam feito, e creio que dessa tenham feito.
Mas esse é só o começo, com 1 ano após o reparo, a pintura do capô começou a descascar como se fossem pequenas bolhas na pintura estourando, estou tentando cobrir com esmalte da cor do carro mas é inútil.
E hoje ao lavar o carro o emblema da Fiat simplesmente cai no chão, pra minha surpresa estava colado com dupla face 3M, e o pior, em uma olhada mais atenta percebo que o emblema é o antigo do carro e não o novo que a seguradora mandou pois tem algumas marcas de tinta preta de uma vez que eu tinha pintado a grade do para-choque e principalmente por que o emblema está quebrado atrás, provavelmente pela batida, mas eles preferiram reaproveitar o antigo e lucrar com o novo da seguradora.
NÃO RECOMENDO, SÓ ME ARREPENDO!

In 2018 I took my Palio 2010 to be fixed, I chose Sato even outside the insurance company because I trust the institution, but this was the worst mistake of my life!
When I pick up the car after the repair, I get home and realize that despite the insurance company's request, the soul of the car was not replaced. I returned to the workshop and was informed that this exchange would not be necessary as it is a very invasive procedure. However, the insurance company had sent the soul for them to exchange it, I asked what they would do with the piece, they said that if I wanted I could take it away (absurd).
Still looking for the good of the car, I asked to make the repair that they had not done, and I believe they did.
But this is just the beginning, 1 year after the repair, the hood paint started to peel off like little bubbles in the paint popping, I'm trying to cover it with car color nail polish but it's useless.
And today when washing the car the Fiat emblem simply falls to the floor, to my surprise it was glued with 3M double face, and the worst, on a closer look I realize that the emblem is the old car and not the new one that the insurance company sent it because it has some black paint marks from once I had painted the bumper grille and mainly because the emblem is broken on the back, probably from the crash, but they preferred to reuse the old one and profit from the new one from the insurance company.
DO NOT RECOMMEND, ONLY REGRET!
