★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há muito tempo procurava um móvel para meu quarto, encontrei nessa loja o produto na medida e altura certa para meu quarto, estive lá em Novembro e comprei, me foi prometido entrega antes do Natal e montagem no mesmo dia da entrega. NÃO FOI O QUE ACONTECEU. Para minha tristeza, sem uma informação clara, me enrolaram até a segunda quinzena de Janeiro. Tentei cancelar a compra e houve mais dificuldades, por fim entregaram no meio de Janeiro de 2019, e a montagem aconteceu somente dois dias depois. Me senti enganada.
I've been looking for a piece of furniture for my room for a long time, I found in this store the product in the right measure and time for my room, I was there in November and bought it, I was promised delivery before Christmas and assembly on the same day of delivery. THAT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENED. To my sadness, without clear information, they had me wrapped up until the second half of January. I tried to cancel the purchase and there were more difficulties, they finally delivered it in mid-January 2019, and the assembly took place only two days later. I felt cheated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns meses decidi comprar meu guarda-roupa, uma cômoda e uma cabeceira com 02 criados na loja localizada em Campinas (na rua dos móveis). O atendimento para a compra foi ótimo porém, o pesadelo começou quando precisei trocar a cabeceira devido a uma informação errada passada pela loja. Depois de muito brigar, porque o pós compra é péssimo, consegui trocar a cabeceira. Quando o pedido chegou fui buscar e esperei contato para montagem da mesma, passou 01 semana ninguém me ligou, hoje 28/08/17 quando liguei fui informada que deveria pagar a montagem. Ou seja, eles vendem um produto e informam depois que a montagem é a parte? mesmo depois de todo o problema que eu tive antes. A pessoa que me atendeu teve a educação de dizer "se você que a montagem, pague", será que eles esqueceram que o que mantém a loja aberta são os consumidores? Portanto, procure outra loja se você não quer ter aborrecimentos ou arrependimentos.
A few months ago I decided to buy my wardrobe, a dresser and a headboard with 02 servants at the store located in Campinas (on Rua dos Móveis). The service for the purchase was great however, the nightmare started when I needed to change the headboard due to wrong information passed by the store. After a lot of fighting, because the post-purchase is terrible, I managed to change the headboard. When the order arrived I went to get it and waited for contact to assemble it, 01 week passed, nobody called me, today 08/28/17 when I called I was informed that I should pay for the assembly. That is, do they sell a product and inform afterwards that the assembly is the part? even after all the trouble I had before. The person who attended me had the education to say "if you want the assembly, pay", did they forget that what keeps the store open are consumers? So look for another store if you don't want to have any hassles or regrets.
