★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema na entrega, a base da mesa que comprei veio errada e devido a pandemia levou bastante tempo para fazer a troca, mas resolveu. Os móveis são de boa qualidade e facilitam bastante a negociação.
I had a problem with delivery, the table base I bought came wrong and due to the pandemic it took a long time to make the exchange, but it resolved. The furniture is of good quality and makes negotiation much easier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo para ninguém, comprei uma mesa em agosto, veio com defeito, estou até hoje (Dez) esperando a troca, cada mês me falam uma nova data, na verdade, a mesa foi trocada, por uma cor totalmente diferente do banco, estou com a mesa de uma cor os bancos de outra e sem nenhum previsão para troca. Fiquei extremamente chateada.
I do not recommend it to anyone, I bought a table in August, it was defective, I am still waiting today (Dec) for a change, each month they tell me a new date, in fact, the table was changed, for a totally different color from the bank, with the table in one color, the benches in another and with no provision for exchange. I was extremely upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento Bom e móvel bonito, porem se tiver um problema pós-venda, ai muda de figura. Passaram meu cartão de debito duas vezes, pois deu erro na hora, porém quando olhei minha conta bancaria tinha dois débitos, no caso dois lançamentos de R$ 1300,00. Duas transações diferentes e horários diferentes, e constando no extrato que foi passado pela Loja.
Foi muito traumático para me devolverem o dinheiro, a responsável pelo financeiro só enrolava. Demoraram 6 dias para devolver meu dinheiro, depois de muita luta e quase um Boletim de Ocorrência na Policia. Devido a estes problemas desisti de comprar os demais móveis noa loja, os quais Eu estava precisando.
Good service and beautiful furniture, but if you have an after-sales problem, then change the figure. They passed my debit card twice, because it was wrong at the time, but when I looked at my bank account I had two debits, in this case two entries of R $ 1300.00. Two different transactions and different times, and shown on the statement that was passed by the Store.
It was very traumatic for me to return the money, the person in charge of the finance department just rolled it up. It took me 6 days to return my money, after a lot of fighting and almost a police report. Due to these problems I gave up on buying the other furniture at the store, which I needed.
