Hotel with good accommodation, with a pool reception, staff plastered, rude in their treatment, personal promise never to stay with me much less send someone from my sales team!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O hotel é novo e novas também são as TVs, as camas, enfim, tudo. O preço da diária é menor do que em outros hotéis da mesma categoria. O serviço de limpeza é muito bom. A localização é excelente ( bem pertinho do centro comercial e da rodoviária). O café da manhã não é ruim, é só simples, como em qualquer hotel modesto: pão, manteiga, café, leite, sucos, queijo, presunto, frutas, bolos, ovos e tapioca. Os pontos negativos que identifiquei são as ausências de garagem e de interfone. Mas, apesar destes poréns, voltarei ao SD. Já me hospedei em outros hotéis simples de Sobral e este foi de longe o que apresentou menos problemas.
The hotel is new and also new are the TVs, the beds, everything. The daily rate is lower than in other hotels of the same category. Maid service is very good. The location is excellent (very close to the shopping center and the bus station). Breakfast isn't bad, it's just simple, like in any modest hotel: bread, butter, coffee, milk, juices, cheese, ham, fruit, cakes, eggs and tapioca. The negative points that I identified are the absence of garage and intercom. But despite these caveats, I will return to SD. I've stayed in other simple hotels in Sobral and this was by far the one with the fewest problems.

Localização bacana, café da manhã básico, honesto e completinho, cama confortável, porém a disposição dos móveis no quarto onde fiquei não é legal, frigobar é vazio e você que abastece, cama, etc não são tão organizadas e o quarto que fiquei tinha o chuveiro quebrado o telefone só de enfeite, não tem elevador tem que subir as escadas.
The services are attentive and they are to be congratulated! Nice location, basic, honest and complete breakfast, comfortable bed, but the arrangement of furniture in the room where I stayed is not nice, minibar is empty and you supply it, bed, etc. are not so organized and the room I stayed in had the broken shower the phone just for decoration, there is no elevator you have to go up the stairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel é bem localizado, a cerca de 250 m da rodoviária, os quartos e banheiros são limpos, o preço é ótimo em relação ao conforto. Porém o frigobar fica vazio, o serviço de café da manhã inicia as 7:00 h apenas, sem flexibilização o que dificulta pessoas que estão a trabalho ou usando para prestar uma prova ou seguir viagem para outras cidades. Ideal seria no mínimo iniciar as 6:00. Então pra quem não tem problemas com esse detalhe recomendo demais
Hotel is well located, about 250 m from the bus station, rooms and bathrooms are clean, the price is great in relation to comfort. However, the minibar is empty, the breakfast service only starts at 7:00 am, without any flexibility, which makes it difficult for people who are working or using it to take a test or travel to other cities. Ideally start at 6:00. So for those who don't have problems with this detail, I recommend it too
