I called the number provided, but the person who answered was very rude. First I said good morning and she didn't even answer, she was already giving the number of another department interrupting my speech. I called back again because I wasn't able to call the number she gave me, she was even thicker and hung up. It is regrettable to pay so many taxes for this service.
