★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima! Aconselho à todos a irem no site Reclame Aqui e denunciar o descaso dos "profissionais" que de profissionais não têm NADA. E chamem a TV para mostrarem a falta de respeito com as pessoas e o descaso nos atendimentos, onde os telefones não atendem e quando tem alguém lá, não sabe dar informações! Ou quando não resolvem o problema que era pra eles resolverem!
 Terrible! I advise everyone to go to the Reclame Aqui website and denounce the negligence of "professionals" who have NOTHING for professionals. And call the TV to show the lack of respect for people and the neglect in attendance, where the phones don't answer and when there's someone there, they don't know how to give information! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A gente foi pessoalmente pra protocolar uma Licença Sanitária Reg.VI, fomos informados de que tinha que ser por e-mail, até pra receber o requerimento que não deram na hora. Enfim, já tem 2 dias úteis que enviei o e-mail solicitando o Requerimento e até o momento, nada. A gente liga e ninguém atende nem o fixo e nem o celular que me deram lá. REALMENTE O QUE JÁ ERA RUIM , FICOU PIOR.
We went personally to file a Reg.VI Sanitary License, we were informed that it had to be by e-mail, even to receive the request that was not given at the time. Anyway, it's been 2 business days since I sent the email requesting the Request and so far, nothing. We call and no one answers either the landline or the cell phone they gave me there. REALLY WHAT WAS ALREADY BAD, IT WAS WORSE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há uns dois meses atrás, liguei falei com um senhor que ficou de ir no local olhar, mas até hoje não compareceu, estou tentando ligar a vários dias o telefone chama e não atende ou está ocupado (3488-3124 e 3488-3181), para solicitação do corte desta árvore de grande porte que está prestes a cair, está podre e seca e inclinada, que vai causar danos na rede elétrica, residenciais, iluminação pública e comunicação telefônica, isso se não cair em cima de uma pessoa ou veículo que estiver passando no momento que ela venha abaixo, a árvore fica localizada na Avenida Norte Sul, do Conjunto Jardim Primavera - bairro Parque Dois Irmãos, ponto de referencia, em Frente a Farmácia Camila.Informo que não tenho tempo de ir na Regional VI para abrir um processo de solicitação, é mais fácil um servidor ir no local e evitar que seja aberto um processo contra a Regional se vier machucar uma pessoa.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior Regional de Fortaleza que tive o desprazer de ir, sinceramente o povo parece que trabalha de graça, não atende o telefone e quando atende não passa informação alguma não sabe números dos setores, um funcionária disse que tava ocupada e não podia ir atrás do telefone do setor que eu precisava por mim essa Regional acabava serve pra nada.
Worst Regional of Fortaleza that I had the misfortune to go to, honestly the people seem to work for free, they don't answer the phone and when they answer they don't give any information, they don't know the numbers of the sectors, an employee said she was busy and couldn't go after the phone of the sector that I needed for myself, this Regional ended up being useless.
