★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Merece é NENHUMA qualificação, pois como pode um órgão público (em meio a PANDEMIA) não ATENDER UM TELEFONE!! Absurdo isso! Fora que se você chegar para tirar dúvida eles não lhe atendem, só mediante agendamento (outra ponto que é um DESCASO)!
ATENDIMENTO PESSIMO E RIDICULO!
It deserves NO qualification, because how can a public agency (in the midst of the PANDEMIC) NOT ANSWER A PHONE!! Nonsense that! Not to mention that if you arrive to clarify any doubts, they will not assist you, only by appointment (another point that is a NEGATION)!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depender de qualquer orgão publico pra qualquer coisa é uma merd@. Descaso com o cidadão que paga impostos altíssimos. Você perde a manhã inteira tentando ligando pra Sefaz e eles não atendem. E quando atendem, ou não resolvem nada ou "cai" a ligação.
Depending on any public body for anything is shit. Disregard for the citizen who pays very high taxes. You spend the whole morning trying to call Sefaz and they don't answer. And when they answer, they either don't solve anything or "hangs up" the call.
