Agora para falar dos profissionais de saúde, não sei, não fui atendido....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bons profissionais e fácil acesso, porém para remarcar uma consulta você perde o dia, pois ninguém atende o telefone. Passei mais de 40 minutos na linha com a música de espera e nada de atenderem.
Good professionals and easy access, however to remark an appointment you lose the day, because no one answers the phone. I spent more than 40 minutes on the line with the waiting music and nothing to meet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simplesmente a pior experiência da minha vida . A Fisioterapeuta Amanda trata os pacientes como lixo, sempre com respostas atravessadas , com arrogância e ignorância. Tive que desistir das sessões, fiz somente 5 eram 10, por que a Sra. Amanda recusou a usar o ULTRASSON nas minha dores Lombares. Minha médica, Neurocirurgiã recomendou e receitou a Fisioterapia Analgesia, mas a Sra Amanda disse que descorda da médica , e quer fazer do seu jeito, sem nenhum profissionalismo. .
A clinica é suja, tem péssima instalações , prédio bem velho e fiação elétrica expostas. Tem o maior barulho de transito da Rua da Consolação, atrapalhando sua concentração. Não existe comunicação entre o paciente e o responsável pela clinica. Não atendem o telefone e não respondem emails.
Enviei dois e-mails de reclamação, contando o ocorrido , não obtive nenhuma resposta , por que nessa clinica você é somente um número , não existe qualidade e nem respeito com os clientes.
Simply the worst experience of my life. Physiotherapist Amanda treats patients like garbage, always with crossed answers, with arrogance and ignorance. I had to give up the sessions, I only did 5 were 10, because Ms. Amanda refused to use ULTRASSON in my Lumbar pains. My doctor, Neurosurgeon recommended and prescribed Physiotherapy Analgesia, but Ms. Amanda said she disagrees with the doctor, and wants to do it her way, without any professionalism. .
The clinic is dirty, has terrible facilities, a very old building and exposed electrical wiring. It has the biggest traffic noise on Rua da Consolação, interfering with your concentration. There is no communication between the patient and the person responsible for the clinic. They don't answer the phone and they don't answer emails.
I sent two complaint emails, telling what happened, I didn't get any response, because in this clinic you are just a number, there is no quality and no respect for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na quarta às 16:13 e marquei minha sessão para o dia seguinte às 18:15. Por ser minha primeira vez pediram para eu chegar às 18h. Sai correndo do trabalho para chegar a tempo com o meu ligamento do joelho afetado e ao chegar na clínica me disseram que a fisio era ontem , no dia em que marquei .
Ninguém conseguiu resolver . Funcionárias despreparadas e a fisioterapeuta que não quis me encaixar no horário que foi combinado comigo . Descaso demais com o consumidor.
I called on Wednesday at 4:13 pm and scheduled my session for the next day at 6:15 pm. As it was my first time, they asked me to arrive at 6pm. I ran from work to arrive on time with my affected knee ligament and when I arrived at the clinic they told me that the physio was yesterday, the day I made an appointment.
Nobody managed to solve it. Unprepared employees and the physical therapist who didn't want to fit in the schedule that was agreed with me. Too much disregard for the consumer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência na fisioterapia não foi boa. Eu percebi uma boa vontade dos profissionais, mas, eles são poucos perto da demanda. Cerca de 3 ou 4 profissionais se dividem no atendimento de aproximadamente 20 pessoas. É evidente que a coisa não poderia fluir bem. Faltam equipamentos, falta espaço e claro: falta mão de obra. Das minhas 10 sessões, somente a partir da sétima eles entenderam que eu estava ali tratando de uma epicondilite medial, antes disso fiz diversos exercícios - muitos deles sem uma supervisão próxima - que nada tinham a ver com meu problema. Mais uma vez: o problema não são os profissionais, mas a estrutura e condições ali dadas. Precisei de um novo pedido de fisioterapia, estou em uma nova clínica e percebo claramente uma melhora já na minha quinta sessão.
My experience in physical therapy was not good. I noticed a good will from the professionals, but they are few close to the demand. About 3 or 4 professionals are divided into serving approximately 20 people. It is evident that things could not go well. Lack of equipment, lack of space and of course: lack of manpower. Of my 10 sessions, only after the seventh did they understand that I was there treating medial epicondylitis, before that I did several exercises - many of them without close supervision - that had nothing to do with my problem. Once again: the problem is not the professionals, but the structure and conditions given there. I needed a new order for physiotherapy, I am in a new clinic and I can clearly see an improvement in my fifth session.
