Decepcionada, pois tinha um bom conceito do profissional. Como não houve boa vontade para solucionar um problema tão simples, além da inverdade de dizer que eu havia danificado o produto, recuperei meu prejuízo junto ao atendimento ao consumidor do fabricante, que é feito na Europa. Deu um pouco de trabalho, pois são bem exigentes, mas o atendimento da SanDisk é excelente. E, felizmente, eu tinha o comprovante de pagamento via cartão, que foi aceito pela empresa, pois Sr. Sérgio diz que não fornece NF. É a primeira vez que tenho que voltar atrás numa avaliação. Mas é quando necessitamos dos préstimos de um prestador que podemos avaliar sua competência e respeito para com seu público consumidor. Na hora de fornecer, muito bom, mas se tiver que solucionar algum problema, a gentileza vira grosseria. Lamentável

It took a bit of work, as they are very demanding, but SanDisk's service is excellent. And, fortunately, I had proof of payment via card, which was accepted by the company, as Mr. Sérgio says he does not provide NF. It is the first time that I have to go back on an assessment. But it is when we need the services of a provider that we can assess their competence and respect for their consuming public.
