Não recomendo! Levou 6 meses para me entregar os documentos do meu carro.
"ZERO Note" Store manager solves nothing, simply crosses his arms to customer problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Carros acima da tabela, pós venda a desejar, falam que é carro revisado, mentira rodei com um carro menos de mil km, pastilhas tava comendo o disco, fora que eles fazem venda casada exigindo que você faça laudo de vistoria para transferência onde eles indicam,. lembre-se todos que comprarm carros, a garantia e do carro todo, nao só de motor e cacâmb companhia eles fazem no contrato..ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ comprei um hb20 a três meses e ainda não me entregaram o documento vendedor alega que o veiculo tem multa e não foi baixado no sitema,eles não permitem que você faça em outro despachante.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um carro na movida... itaim paulista. Um renault sandero 2017. No mes passado. O carro ficou dois dias na revisao e quando me entregaram esta com vazamento de oleo no motor e os freios nao funcionam. Ou seja.. nao fizeram nenhuma revisao no carro antes de me entregar. No entanto... eundependo do carro para trabalhar e agora segu do a agencia... eu terei que levar o carro numa oficina autorizada deles para uma re-revisao e deixar o carro la por no minimo 3 dias. Agora pergunto... quem vai pagar o meu prejuizo sendo que quem causou tudo isso foi a propria movida que nao fez a revisao do carro antes de me entregar??? O gerente thiago da loja do itaim diz que naonsabe de nada... o vendedor faz a mesma coisa e isso nao.sei como vai terminar porque eu no posso.ficar sem carro e eles mesmo sendo locadora.de automoveis nao querem disponibilizar um carro pra mim enquanto revisam o erro que eles deveriam ter visto antes de me entregar o carro. Portanto... minha avaliacao pelo menos com a loja do itaim paulista e zero. Muito ruim o atendimento e pjor a pos venda. Sinceramente nao recomendo.
I bought a car at movida ... itaim paulista. A renault sandero 2017. Last month. The car stayed for two days in the overhaul and when I was handed this one with an oil leak in the engine and the brakes do not work. In other words, they didn’t check the car before giving it to me. However ... I depend on the car to work and now follow the agency ... I will have to take the car to an authorized repair shop for a review and leave the car there for at least 3 days. Now I ask ... who is going to pay for my loss, since the person who caused all this was the owner who did not check the car before handing it over to me ??? The manager thiago of the itaim store says that naonsabe of nothing ... the seller does the same thing and that doesn’t know how it will end because I can’t run out of a car and they even being a car rental company don’t want to make a car available to me while reviewing the error they should have seen before handing over the car to me. So ... my rating at least with the itaim paulista store is zero. Very bad service and poor post-sale. I honestly do not recommend it.

Compramos um carro na Movida Seminovos de Guarulhos (Timóteo Penteado) e durante a negociação com o vendedor nos foi oferecido de uma forma totalmente induzida o serviço de despachante pelo valor de R$ 1.290,00, com a promessa de ser algo muito mais rápido em processos burocráticos, ainda mais nessa época de pandemia, que em poucos dias estaria tudo pronto...
Mais de 30 dias depois, nem a placa e nem o documento atualizado do carro eu tinha.
Ou seja, paguei dolorosamente R$ 1.290,00 para que o despachante fosse mais rápido que eu em processos burocráticos e no fim das contas, paguei em vão, eu mesma poderia ter feito com esse tempo. Realço ainda que estamos em época de pandemia, e que online mesmo poderia ter resolvido.
A falta de transparência ou de orientação do vendedor nos prejudicou demais, a apresentação do serviço de despachante poderia ter sido muito mais honesta, explicando melhor esta alternativa, mas que nos deixasse à vontade para escolher não aceitar o serviço.
Destaco que o atendimento pré-venda do vendedor sobre o veículo foi bom, o ruim foi a parte de oferecer o serviço do despachante e o pós-venda. Pois depois de mais de um mês nós que cobramos o vendedor sobre o status do serviço do despachante, aí sim, ele relembrou do caso e cobrou o despachante. Se não cobrássemos, estávamos até hoje sem o documento e placa.
Foi nossa primeira compra de carro na vida, e nunca passamos por isso.

I emphasize that the salesperson's pre-sale service on the vehicle was good, the bad part was the part of offering the dispatcher's service and after-sales service. After more than a month we charged the seller about the status of the dispatcher's service, then yes, he recalled the case and charged the dispatcher. If we didn't charge, we were still without the document and plaque today.
It was our first car purchase in our lives, and we've never been there.

Comprei um HB20S 2019 na Movida Seminovos da Avenida Guarulhos, no dia que retirei o carro deu problema na Sonda Lâmina ficou uma semana parado para a troca da peça e a autorização da troca pela garantia que eles dão (Gestauto Brasil), 5 dias depois tive que encostar para troca da pastilha de freio, estava em péssimo estado já danificando o disco, mais 4 dias parado.
Triste que para a venda te tratam como Rei, falam que todos os carros estão vistoriados, MENTIRA, como um carro vistoria vem na situação que o meu veio, bem dizer sem freio, fica o alerta para quem quiser comprar nessa loja pensar bem!
Não indico pra ninguém!!!

Sad that for sale they treat you like a King, they say that all cars are inspected, LIE, like an inspection car comes in the situation that mine came, well to say without brakes, stay alert for those who want to buy at this store, think about it!
I don't recommend it to anyone!!!
