★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui ao shopping Del Rey em BH recentemente, entrei e saí sem ser atendido ou pelo menos um oi , daqui a pouco irei te atender. PÉSSIMO atendimento, na verdade nem atendimento eu tive.
I went to the Del Rey mall in BH recently, I went in and out without being attended or at least a hello, in a little while I will attend you. Lousy service, in fact I didn't even have service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saudades de quando tinha muitas opções de calçados na Sergio's. Sou cliente a muitos anos da loja do Shopping Del Rey e hoje tenho dificuldades de encontrar sapato que me agrade. Comprei um sapato na loja no dia 13/10 somente por falta de opção de lojas de calçados masculinos no Del Rey.
I miss when I had many shoe options at Sergio's. I have been a customer for many years at the Shopping Del Rey store and today I have difficulties finding shoes that I like. I bought a shoe at the store on 10/13 just because of the lack of men's shoe stores in Del Rey.

Bad experience. Store Owners are very poorly assisted by employees and are losing great customers as a result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento deixa mto a desejar, loja super vazia, vendedores conversando entre si. De 10 a 15 min pra buscar um par de sapatos. Uma compra que deveria durar 10 min, durou pra mais de 1:30h.
Service leaves a lot to be desired, super empty store, sellers talking to each other. 10 to 15 minutes to pick up a pair of shoes. A purchase that was supposed to last 10 min, lasted for more than 1:30h.
