★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz contato pelo Whatsapp, agendamos uma visita para sexta as 15:00. No dia 12:40 me mandaram mensagem para confirmar e perguntaram se teria problema reagendar para o dia seguinte (sábado), pois estaria no local de 11:00 até 12:30 recebendo outras pessoas, eu confirmei e disse q não teria problema.
Hoje compareci no local ao 12:00 e não tinha ninguém para me atender. Liguei para o contato que me informou que eu deveria ter confirmado a visita.
Em nenhum momento me ligaram ou me mandaram mensagem para informar que não teria ninguém lá, e pela resposta do senhor que me atendeu pelo telefone, a errada fui eu.
Total descaso com os clientes, apesar de ter uma boa avaliação dos demais, fico com o minha péssima experiência.
 I made contact by Whatsapp, we scheduled a visit for Friday at 15:00. On 12:40 they sent me a message to confirm and asked if it would be a problem to reschedule for the next day (Saturday), as I would be at the place from 11:00 am to 12:30 pm receiving other people, I confirmed and said I would have no problem.
Today I attended the place at 12:00 and there was no one to assist me. I called the contact who informed me that I should have confirmed the visit.
At no time did they call me or text me to inform them that there would be no one there, and due to the response from the gentleman who answered me on the phone, I was the wrong one.
Total neglect with customers, despite having a good evaluation of others, I get my bad experience.

Sempre tivemos muitos problemas com inquilinos devedores mas desde que coloquei os imóveis na imobiliária não tenho mais esse tipo de problema, estou recebendo os aluguéis, tenho todo o suporte jurídico que me faltava além de alugar as quitinetes vazias. Eu e minha família estamos muito satisfeitos.
I own a village of kitchenettes.
We've always had many problems with debtor tenants but since I put the properties at the real estate agency I don't have this type of problem anymore, I'm receiving the rents, I have all the legal support I needed besides renting the empty kitchenettes. My family and I are very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom dia! Eu E meu marido alugamos um apartamento pela imobiliária Sérgio Sobral imoveis, recebemos as chaves no dia 22 de março e no mesmo dia fomos ao apartamento para ver como estava,
Chegando lá vimos que o mesmo tinha infiltrações, rachaduras, vasos entupidos e vazamentos nos banheiros.
Levamos a conhecimento da imobiliária que nos deu um laudo completamente diferente do que vimos presencialmente.
Conversamos com o Advogado da imobiliária sugerindo efetuar os reparos com descontos no aluguel mas o proprietário não aceitou
Sendo assim, devolvemos as chaves e contactamos nosso advogado que disse que nos orientou dessa forma, visto que estávamos no prazo de 7 dias, conforme prevê a Lei do inquilinato!
Entramos em contato via e-mail com a imobiliária e eles não respondem para efetuar a rescisão do contrato!
Queríamos resolver de forma amigável, mas eles não ajudam!
Good Morning! My husband and I rented an apartment through the real estate agency Sérgio Sobral imoveis, we received the keys on March 22 and on the same day we went to the apartment to see how it was,
When we got there we saw that it had infiltrations, cracks, clogged vases and leaks in the bathrooms.
We took the knowledge of the real estate company that gave us a completely different report than what we saw in person.
We talked to the real estate attorney suggesting making repairs with discounted rent, but the owner didn’t accept
Therefore, we returned the keys and contacted our lawyer who said that he guided us in this way, since we were within 7 days, as provided for in the Tenancy Law!
We contacted the real estate agent via email and they do not respond to terminate the contract!
We wanted to solve it in a friendly way, but they don't help!

I've been renting real estate with them for a few years. I delivered a house and rented another. Everything was perfect, a lot of transparency and always great service. Kind, highly efficient and qualified service. The inspections are very detailed both when picking up the keys and on delivery, clear contracts and always answered my doubts promptly. They answer my emails in less than 24 hours. Anyway, it's the only real estate I trust, I even recommended it to my entire family.

Alugamos um imóvel e em alguns dias começou a apresentar diversos problemas. Tais como infiltração nos quartos, banheiro e corredor, vazamento de água no vaso do banheiro, vazamento na caixa d'agua, problemas no relógio de energia... Imóvel totalmente "maquiado", coisas que não dão para saber em 10 minutos na visita.
Após apresentar a minha indignação para imobiliária, pedi para entregar o imóvel e a possibilidade da isenção da multa rescisória. Fui chamada na imobiliária para uma conversa e me comunicaram que o proprietário concordou com a isenção e que tinha ciência dos problemas. (Fiquei no /- uns 2 meses no imóvel).
Hoje foi feito a vistoria no imóvel e fui até a imobiliária para entregar as chaves e me deparo com um termo constando várias cobranças indevidas. Quando fui questionar, fui tratada com muita grosseria e imposição do advogado desta imobiliária.
A todo momento, tentei resolver tudo da melhor maneira possível e bastante respeitosa. Só que para tudo tem limite!!!!
Eu não indico esta imobiliária para ninguém!!! Pois não tem ética, empatia e não respeitam as pessoas.
I had a bad experience with real estate.
We rented a property and in a few days it started to have several problems. Such as infiltration in the rooms, bathroom and hallway, water leak in the bathroom toilet, water tank leak, power clock problems... Property completely "made up", things you can't know within 10 minutes of the visit .
After presenting my indignation to the real estate agency, I asked to deliver the property and the possibility of exemption from the termination fine. I was called at the real estate agency for a chat and was told that the owner agreed to the exemption and that he was aware of the problems. (I stayed at /- about 2 months in the property).
Today the property was inspected and I went to the real estate agency to deliver the keys and I came across a term containing several undue charges. When I went to question, I was treated with great rudeness and imposition by the lawyer of this real estate agency.
At all times, I tried to resolve everything in the best possible and very respectful way. But for everything there is a limit!!!!
I do not recommend this real estate to anyone!!! Because they don't have ethics, empathy and don't respect people.
