★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atendimento, médica experiente, atenciosa com o tutor e o pet, acolhedora ( atende quase sempre o telefone da clínica). Falta deixar o relatório das internações acessível para consulta dos funcionários e, assim, otimizar informações básicas sobre os pets.
 Excellent service, experienced doctor, attentive to the tutor and the pet, welcoming (he almost always answers the clinic's phone). It remains to make the hospitalization report accessible for employee consultation and, thus, optimize basic information about pets.

Ligamos pra avisar que estavamos indo levar nosso cãozinho e chegando la a veterinária nao estava presente, 15 min após nossa chegada elaa então chegou sem informar valores sobre deslocamento,olhou o bichinho e falou o valor, estávamos apenas com a metade do valor dito pra ela e nós oferecemos a ela coisas como garantia que iríamos voltar la pra pagar o restante. Ela nao quis nem saber, nao quis receber nem os 60 reais e saiu resmungando cantando pneu!!!
Faltou muita informação por parte da clínica e também educação por parte da veterinária!! Péssima profissional ao meu ver, estava no direito sim de cobrar o valor dela, ela esrudou pra isso.. mas sequer quis saber e compreender a situação. Com muita arrogância ainda saiu dando as costas pra mim e nossa família.

Worst experience of my life !!!
We called to say that we were going to take our dog and arriving there the veterinarian was not present, 15 min after our arrival she then arrived without informing values about displacement, looked at the pet and said the amount, we were only half the amount told to her and we offered her things as a guarantee that we would return there to pay the rest. She didn't even want to know, she didn't even want to receive the 60 reais and went out mumbling with a tire !!!
There was a lot of information on the part of the clinic and also education on the part of the veterinarian !! In my opinion, a very bad professional, I was entitled to charge her, she helped me out ... but she didn't even want to know and understand the situation. With a lot of arrogance, he still turned his back on me and our family.
Veterinary for love, my ass !!!
