Adailton é um guia bastante reservado e quieto no primeiro momento, mas se olhar com cuidado da pra notar que é uma ótima pessoa e cheio de recomendações e conhecimento local (e internacional) para compartilhar.
Os passeios da agência são bem planejados, nao faltou tempo para tirar fotos, contemplar as vistas, tomar banho nem curtir as trilhas e as experiências.
Para quem quer conhecer a chapada pela primeira vez, essa é a melhor agência, eis aqui o porquê:
1. É uma agência sem cara de agência, então dá pra ter uma noção melhor de como funciona a relação guia-turista, ausente numa agência grande, com uma van maior (é diferente da relação empresa-turista).
Ter essa experiência é pré-requisito para buscar guias nas cidades menores e com trilhas mais difíceis.
2. Você passa por diversos lugares diferentes, com isso acaba tendo uma ideia de quais belezas ainda te aguardam na Chapada Diamantina.
3. O itinerário é bem planejado por quem conhece bem a região, isso traz uma flexibilidade para conseguir extender um dia, adiar algum passeio, trocar um passeio por outro (em caso de chuva), tudo com tranquilidade e sem estresse.

Adailton is a very reserved and quiet guide at first, but if you look carefully you will notice that he is a great person and full of recommendations and local (and international) knowledge to share.
The agency's tours are well planned, there was no lack of time to take pictures, contemplate the views, take a shower or enjoy the trails and experiences.
For those who want to know the chapada for the first time, this is the best agency, here's why:
1. It's an agency that doesn't look like an agency, so you can get a better idea of how the guide-tourist relationship works, absent in a big agency, with a bigger van (it's different from the company-tourist relationship).
Having this experience is a prerequisite for looking for guides in smaller cities and with more difficult trails.
2. You go through several different places, so you end up having an idea of what beauties are still waiting for you in Chapada Diamantina.
3. The itinerary is well planned by those who know the region well, this brings flexibility to be able to extend a day, postpone a tour, change one tour for another (in case of rain), all with tranquility and without stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amei o servido prestado pela Serranotur. Fui no carnaval, a cidade estava cheia e eles montaram um esquema de passeio no qual não enfrentamos espera ou transtorno para visitar os atrativos. A Cristina muito atenciosa e os guias Capitão e Adailton (apelidado por nós de Dada) foram muito queridos, pacientes e sempre preocupados conosco. Só tenho a agradecer pela experiência.
Ahh o principal, o Dada foi nosso fotógrafo oficial. Hahaha
I loved the service provided by Serranotur. I went for Carnival, the city was full and they set up a tour scheme in which we didn't have to wait or bother to visit the attractions. Cristina was very attentive and the guides Capitão and Adailton (nicknamed Dada by us) were very sweet, patient and always concerned about us. I just have to thank you for the experience.
Ahh the main one, Dada was our official photographer. Haha ha
