★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, a forma como estão atendendo. Um absurdo funcionar de 09 as 13 h. Um local onde éramos atendidos em 10 min, hoje nos atende em quase 2 horas. Absurdo. Mudaram pra piorar o atendimento.

Apesar da fila do lado de fora, o mesmo se dispôs a tirar dúvidas de todos enquanto distribuía as senhas, isso gerou celeridade no atendimento. Também foi ele quem me atendeu lá dentro. Foi muito gentil e educado. Um exemplo a ser seguido por todos os funcionários que muitas vezes perdem a paciência e agem com descaso.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento lá foi ótimo, atendente simpática demais, mas o telefone é inútil no lugar, ligando já tem 3 dias e ninguém atende, como se as pessoas estivessem total disponibilidade de tempo e horário para ir lá sempre resolve os problemas, e engraçado que lá eles falam "ou vem aqui ou liga para saber o resultado" e a pessoa morre ligando, falta de respeito pois não atendem ninguém.
The service there was great, a very friendly attendant, but the phone is useless in the place, calling for 3 days and no one answers, as if people were fully available in time and time to go there, they always solve problems, and it's funny that there they say "either come here or call to find out the result" and the person dies calling, lack of respect because they don't answer anyone.
