★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com muito pesar hoje vou cancelar minha inscrição na academia. Eles abrem a hora que querem vivem mudando os horários. Feriado fecha, a Secretaria fecha no horário de funcionamento, para pagar tem que agendar, os instrutores passam a maior parte do tempo batendo papo. Uma tristeza por que tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado, mais a parte de recursos humanos um desastre. Eles precisam resolver isso rapidamente. O custo é o mesmo de uma academia 24 horas com ar condicionado. Mais o serviço te deixa estressado. Em uma ocasião me programei para ir treinar as 7. A academia abre as 6. Detalhe as 10 da manhã fecha é só reabre as 15. Bom em fim, cheguei as 7 e estava fechado, o porteiro avisou que seria aberta as 8, teria que entrar por outro portão em outra rua. Resolvi esperar uma hora no carro, não havia aviso. Quando abriram não pude entrar na academia pois os instrutores não havia chegado. Resolvi esperar só pra reclamar. As 8 :30 chegaram os 4 juntos. Justificaram que foi avisado mais não havia informações claras a respeito. Pra quem é do comércio e paga 70 reais talvez valha a pena esse stress pra mim que pago 115 não aceito mais. Em fim não indico para as pessoas pois vão pagar e terão obstáculos causados pelos funcionários para usar os serviços. Hoje vou fazer meu cancelamento e ir treinar em outro lugar

At 8:30 the 4 arrived together. They justified that they had been warned but there was no clear information about it. For those who are in the commerce and pay 70 reais, maybe it's worth this stress for me that I pay 115 I don't accept anymore. In the end, I don't recommend it to people because they will pay and will have obstacles caused by employees to use the services. Today I'm going to cancel and go train somewhere else
