★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui na semana passada e deixei pago 2 pacotes de pétalas, pra retirar ontem dia 07/03/2020 as mesmas seriam pro meu casamento, fui por volta de 11 horas da manhã retirar, chegando lá as mesmas não estavam, a atendente ligou e me informou que estavam trazendo de carro, daí se passaram mais de 20 minutos de espera, depois disso uma criança trouxe andando, acredito que por isso a demora.
Acredito que quem deveria ter ficado nervosa era eu, que estava na razão como cliente, até porque paguei com antecedência pelo meu produto e ao chegar não estava, mas ao invés disso a moça simplesmente falou pra criança "Entrega, entrega, é deles" com a cara do tamanho do mundo. Infelizmente tive uma terrível experiência, não volto nunca mais ao local e nem indico a ninguém!
Acho que pra trabalharmos com o público temos que ter pelo menos paciência e simpatia, coisas que não encontrei no estabelecimento!

I believe that who should have been nervous was me, who was right as a customer, because I paid in advance for my product and when I arrived I wasn't, but instead the girl simply said to the child "Delivery, delivery, it's theirs" with the face the size of the world. Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience, I never go back to the place and I don't recommend it to anyone!
I think that to work with the public we have to have at least patience and sympathy, things I didn't find at the establishment!
