Minha experiência foi sensacional, desde a primeira visita na loja de Santana onde fui atendida pela Andrea: apresentação impecável dos produtos e conhecimentos de design de interiores que super ajudam no momento da escolha dos móveis. O pessoal da entrega extremamente educados e preocupados em informar sobre cada detalhe. E o sofá é lindo, exatamente como imagine!
The product portfolio is super varied and everything is of great quality and good taste. My experience was sensational, from the first visit to the Santana store where I was attended by Andrea: impeccable product presentation and interior design knowledge that really help when choosing furniture. The delivery personnel are extremely polite and concerned to inform you about every detail. And the sofa is beautiful, just as you imagine!

O sofá, até o momento, atende às minhas necessidades, à primeira vista já parece ter uma qualidade superior a de muitas lojas visitadas, e durante o uso percebe-se a sua qualidade, justificando assim, o valor pago. Por hora, estou satisfeita. Ah! Sem contar que eu recebi o meu sofá no dia seguinte à compra!! Mais perfeito, impossível! Só tenho elogios a está loja! Torço pra que mantenha a qualidade dos produtos e serviços, pois pelas minhas extensas pesquisas, SP está muito carente de lojas com essa efetividade.
I bought a sofa bed at Santana's store about 2 months ago, with the seller Andrea, who, by the way, gave me excellent service, very friendly. The sofa, so far, meets my needs, at first glance it already seems to have a higher quality than that of many visited stores, and during use you can see its quality, thus justifying the amount paid. For now, I'm satisfied. Ah! Not to mention that I received my sofa the day after the purchase!! More perfect, impossible! I only have praise for this store! I hope that it maintains the quality of its products and services, as based on my extensive research, SP is very lacking in stores with this effectiveness.
