★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente muito ruim. Não enviam relatório dos testes efetuados, não comunicam qual o problema se vc não ligar pra perguntar.
A minha mesa ficou pronta e não ligaram pra avisar que tava pronta. Quando deixei a mesa disseram que a comunicação seria feita via whatsapp, depois quando reclamei da comunicação, falaram que o sistema enviou e-mail automático de que a mesa tava pronta, mas nunca me contataram por telefone ou whats, todas as vezes eu que liguei pra perguntar.
Very bad customer service. They don't send a report of the tests carried out, they don't communicate what the problem is if you don't call to ask.
My table was ready and they didn't call to let me know it was ready. When I left the table they said that the communication would be done via whatsapp, then when I complained about the communication, they said that the system sent an automatic email that the table was ready, but they never contacted me by phone or whats, every time I called to ask.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um problema com a bag de um microfone Shure MVL que eu comprei. A capinha, por ficar muito tempo fechada, fez o couro (courino) trincar. Quando eu recebi o microfone logo identifiquei o problema. Mandei e-mail e me responderam na hora. Me enviaram uma nova capinha e de cortesia uma ainda mais resistente. Obrigado.
I had a problem with a Shure MVL microphone bag that I bought. The cover, for being closed for a long time, made the leather (leather) crack. When I received the microphone I immediately identified the problem. I sent an email and they answered me right away. They sent me a new cover and a courtesy one even more resistant. Thanks.

Péssima experiência, o atendimento na entrada do equipamento é bom, mas depois...não respondem mensagens, não dão retorno nenhum.
Um orçamento com promessa de urgência que seria de uma semana acabou passando 20 dias e nem previsão de nada. Acredito que nem tenham aberto meu equipamento.
Acabei retirando o equipamento do mesmo jeito que tinha levado.
Enfim...não recomendo.
