★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente não tive uma boa experiência tanto no estabelecimento, quanto no delivery. Estive 2 meses atrás no estabelecimento e a experiência não foi muito agradável. Quando cheguei, só tinha eu e meu pai, depois foram chegando outras mesas. Meu pai pediu uma água com gás e eu uma sobremesa. O garçom simplesmente esqueceu da água com gás. Foram chegando outros pedidos em outras mesas, e a simples água não chegava. Tive que ficar cham ando o garçom pra ele poder trazer. Não sendo suficiente, não havia o sorvete da sobremesa que pedi. E, hoje, pelo Delivery, mais um descaso: fiz o pedido às 22:12hr, o pedido foi aceito, mudou de status para preparando é ficou mais de 1 hora nisso. Liguei 23:28hr e não me atenderam. Liguei novamente e perguntei sobre o pedido e o rapaz perguntou na cozinham sobre a resposta que me foi dada foi que não seria entregue por conta da "distância", sendo que aceitaram o pedido. Fui maltratada tanto no estabelecimento, quanto no Delivery. Com certeza o Sil Burguer Nova Iguaçu, é uma hamburgueria que não faço mais questão de ir.
Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience both in the establishment and in the delivery. I was at the establishment 2 months ago and the experience was not very pleasant. When I arrived, it was just me and my father, then other tables arrived. My dad ordered sparkling water and I ordered dessert. The waiter simply forgot the sparkling water. Other orders arrived at other tables, and the simple water was not enough. I had to keep calling the waiter so he could bring it. Not being enough, there was no ice cream for the dessert I ordered. And, today, for Delivery, one more neglect: I placed the order at 22:12hr, the order was accepted, it changed status to preparing, and it took more than 1 hour to do it. I called 23:28hr and they didn't answer. I called again and asked about the order and the guy asked in the kitchen about the answer I was given was that it would not be delivered because of the "distance", and they accepted the order. I was mistreated both in the establishment and in Delivery. Surely Sil Burguer Nova Iguaçu is a hamburger that I no longer want to go to.

Foi a única coisa que me desagradou, estava muito calor no dia que eu fui e não conhecia o espaço ainda, então passei muito calor.
