Desrespeito total com a vizinhança. Obra na rua Ministro Xavier de Toledo, 76 (São Gregório).

A construction company that came to stay, in front of one of the people I have a huge admiration for, Mr. Américo Mendes, together with his children, children who started working early, and the result could only be this, commitment, dedication, loyalty, perseverance, punctuality, and success always!

A construtora está se recusando a resolver o problema. Evitem.
The construction company sold me an apartment with 2 parking spaces, however, upon delivery, I found that two cars cannot fit.
The construction company is refusing to solve the problem. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um apartamento com duas vagas de garagem, mas ao receber as chaves constatei que a garagem é muito menor do que consta no contrato de compra e venda. Não cabem os dois carros. A construtora se recusa a me atender e não retorna ligações ou e-mails. Simplesmente ignoram meus pedidos de resolução do problema. Não comprem nada deles.
I bought an apartment with two parking spaces, but upon receiving the keys, I found that the garage is much smaller than what is stated in the purchase and sale agreement. Both cars cannot fit. The construction company refuses to answer me and does not return calls or emails. They simply ignore my problem resolution requests. Don't buy anything from them.

Esse foi apenas um dos problemas, durante o prazo da obra ficamos a cegas, no meio da pandemia a construtora não tem canal de comunicação com seus clientes, ele simplesmente desprezam a relação com o cliente. A única forma de comunicação na maioria das vezes é CTRL - C e CTRL - V, meu sonho virou um pesadelo constante e sem a mínima empatia por parte dessa empresa. Estamos tentando um reunião com a diretoria o Sr. Daniel, Sr. Rodrigo e Sr. Américo, e qualquer tipo de tentativa está sendo desviada por parte da equipe.

This was just one of the problems, during the term of the work we were blind, in the middle of the pandemic the construction company has no communication channel with its customers, they simply despise the relationship with the customer. The only form of communication most of the time is CTRL - C and CTRL - V, my dream turned into a constant nightmare and without the slightest empathy on the part of this company. We are trying to meet with the board of directors Mr. Daniel, Mr. Rodrigo and Mr. Américo, and any kind of attempt is being sidetracked by the team.
