Ligo para a respectiva clínica e informo que preciso com urgência, a atendente me perguntou meu convênio e pediu para que deslocasse até lá e que ela iria TENTAR um encaixe, ok! A clinica tem seus compromissos com outros pacientes também... atravesso a cidade, chego na clinica e sou informado que a mesma não atende meu plano de saúde. Desrespeito com o cidadão, falta de atenção ou falta de treinamento? Por uma falha que ao meu ver GRAVE, eu e minha família não utilizaremos mais os serviços da respectiva clínica!

Disrespect for the citizen, lack of attention or lack of training? Because of a flaw that, in my opinion, SERIOUS, my family and I will no longer use the services of the respective clinic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento impecável. Havia feito a histerossalpingografia em outra clínica em 2015 e senti muito desconforto e dor. No Sinai Imagem o exame foi super tranquilo, praticamente indolor. A Dra Nathalia super atenciosa, assim como a sua assistente. Muito satisfeita, principalmente por já sair da clínica com o laudo em mãos.
Impeccable service. I had had a hysterosalpingography performed at another clinic in 2015 and felt a lot of discomfort and pain. At Sinai Imagem the exam was super smooth, practically painless. Dr Nathalia is super attentive, as well as her assistant. Very satisfied, especially for leaving the clinic with the report in hand.
