★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento foi muito bom e esclarecedor, porém fiquei surpresa quando entrei na Netshoes somente para “curiar” e me deparei com o mesmo tênis custando R$130 reais a menos....eu entendo que uma loja física tem os seus custos diferentes de um site, porém R$130 de diferença achei um abuso, visto que meu namorado comprou um também e o dele é o mesmo valor, tanto o que ele pagou quanto na Netshoes! E me vem a pergunta, como que a própria loja vende mais caro que o site revendedor????
 The service was very good and enlightening, but I was surprised when I joined Netshoes just to "cure" and came across the same shoes costing $ 130 less .... I understand that a physical store has its costs different from one site, but $ 130 difference I found an abuse, since my boyfriend bought one too and his is the same value, both what he paid and Netshoes! And the question comes to me, how does the store itself sell more expensive than the reseller site ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha filha ganhou um tenis de presente porém a numeração estava errada, comprada na loja do dom pedro. Mas na etiqueta da caixa informa que a troca poderia ser feita em qualquer loja de qualquer shopping até uma data específica, escrito a caneta um prazo extenso que a princípio estranhei, de cerca de 45 dias (foi a etiqueta que colaram la, afinal achei que era um diferencial de atendimento da marca ou algo do tipo). Ao tentar trocar na loja do iguatemi, se negaram alegando ser um item promocional e pediram para retornar na loja do dom pedro. Assim que pude, fui na loja do dom pedro e mesmo estando dentro do prazo extenso que eles mesmos escreveram e deram, se negaram tambem. Ou seja, se vc ganhar um tenis de presente daqui, possivelmente terá que doá-lo! Falta de respeito com o consumidor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei o atendimento muito ruim. Olhei varios pares de tênis e quis ver um específico. O vendedor trouxe varios modelos, menos o que eu queria. Pedi novamente aquele par... ele foi e voltou com varios outros. Na terceira tentativa ele continuou sem trazer o que eu havia pedido. Desisti da compra. Todos elegiam os calcados da marca. Eu tenho 2 pares que comprei fora do Brasil. Aqui já tentei compra 3 x, e sempre fui mal atendido... é uma pena. (Fora do Brasil o atendimento não é dos melhores, mas é muito mais barato)
I found the service too bad. I looked at several pairs of sneakers and wanted to see a specific one. The seller brought several models, except what I wanted. I asked that pair again ... he went and returned with several others. On the third attempt he continued without bringing me what I had asked for. I gave up the purchase. Everyone chose the brand shoes. I have 2 pairs I bought outside of Brazil. Here I have already tried to buy 3x, and I have always been poorly attended ... it's a shame. (Out of Brazil the service is not the best, but it is much cheaper)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci essa loja no exterior e adorei quando as vi no Brasil. São os tênis mais confortaveis que já vi.
Acrecente aí uma coisa que valoriso muito, eles são discretos e duráveis. Diferente dos tênis Nike Adidas etc , excecivamente coloridos e difíceis de combinar com o vestuário.
A Skechers é um linha de tênis americanos que veio para inovar e ficar.

I saw this store abroad and loved it when I saw them in Brazil. They are the most comfortable sneakers I've ever seen.
Add something that I value a lot, they are discreet and durable. Unlike Nike Adidas shoes etc , extremely colorful and difficult to match with clothing.
Skechers is an American tennis line that is here to innovate and stay.
