★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou com um Mizuno Guardian 2 comprado em 08/02, em seguida tivemos a pandemia e o tênis apresentou defeito, logo estou pela loja e infelizmente eles não conseguem fazer nada devido ao período de garantia e ainda estou tendo problemas para reemissão de NF!
I have a Mizuno Guardian 2 purchased on 2/8, then we had the pandemic and the sneakers were defective, so I'm at the store and unfortunately they can't do anything due to the warranty period and I'm still having problems with NF reissue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava procurando no shopping Dom Pedro uma loja de tênis que pudesse parcelar as compras em várias parcelas, visto que os preços dos tênis estavam praticamente iguais em todas as lojas.
A única loja que encontrei com este diferencial foi a Tennis One.
Eles parcelaram para mim em até 10x no cartão sem juros.
Pra mim foi ótimo porque não comprometeu meu orçamento.
Gostaria de fazer uma ótima ressalva ao atendimento recebido nesta loja pela vendedora Rúbia.
Excelente profissional. Simpática, atenciosa e com um bom conhecimento sobre tênis. Gosto muito de vendedores com este perfil, que possuem conhecimentos e informações sobre os produtos que vendem e compartilham com o cliente.
Passa a sensação de que sabe realmente sobre o que esta vendendo e não fica tentando te enganar ou empurrar algo só por vender.
Ficamos um bom tempo conversando durante a venda e percebi que ela sabia do que estava falando, pois também conheço bem sobre tênis e ficamos compartilhando conhecimentos.
Conclusão... acabei comprando o tênis não só pela praticidade das 10x no cartão, mas principalmente pelo atendimento recebido pela mesma.

Excellent professional. Friendly, attentive and with a good knowledge of tennis. I really like salespeople with this profile, who have knowledge and information about the products they sell and share with the customer.
It gives you the feeling that you really know what you're selling and don't try to trick or push something just for selling.
We spent a lot of time talking during the sale and I realized that she knew what she was talking about, as I also know tennis well and we shared knowledge.
Conclusion ... I ended up buying the sneakers not only for the practicality of the 10x on the card, but mainly for the service received by the same.
