★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, liguei pra Marcar um exame atendente falou o valor do exame e que era por ordem de chegada, e quando fui era por hora marcada, Dr. Demora demais pra chegar. Não tem respeito pelos clientes. Horrível ?

Passei por uma situação constrangedora com mais duas colegas de trabalho, chegamos na clínica pra se consultar com clínico geral, falei duas vezes com a atendente pra ela poder me responder, quando pedi a ficha pro clínico geral ela logo disse é Unimed esta cancelado não atendemos mais pela Unimed. E pq não avisou antes? Se já tínhamos falado um dia antes e não disseram nada ?
Foi muito constrangedor pq saimos de outra cidade e ao chegar la ser atendida dessa forma. Ultimamente a clínica esta uma decepção
Service is terrible.
I went through an embarrassing situation with two more co-workers, we arrived at the clinic to see the general practitioner, I spoke twice with the attendant so she could answer me, when I asked the general practitioner for the file she said it's Unimed this canceled we don't answer more by Unimed. And why didn't you tell them before? Had we already spoken the day before and they didn't say anything?
It was very embarrassing because we left another city and when we got there we would be assisted that way. Lately the clinic is a disappointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica muito boa e uma equipe de colaboradores bem treinados, gentis e eficientes. Cheguei sem marcar e conseguiram me encaixar para fazer exames. A melhor da região, aceita o plano UNIMED e abre bem cedo. Com certeza recomendo!
Very good clinic and a team of well trained, kind and efficient employees. I arrived without an appointment and managed to fit in for exams. The best in the region, accepts the UNIMED plan and opens very early. I definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Particular é ótimo, mais pelo SUS infelizmente deixa a desejar. Mais tem os melhores médicos, então quem está em busca de um bom médico e um bom atendimento eu recomendo.
Particular is great, but for SUS unfortunately it leaves something to be desired. But there are the best doctors, so whoever is looking for a good doctor and good care I recommend.
