★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em 2 semanas, fui em muitas concessionárias e estacionamentos. Tive "atendimento": apenas sentei, olharam meus dados e disseram que não aprovou: 20 minutos. Pior ainda, falam pra tentar depois de 30 dias.
Já na Smart, tive "aulas" sobre carro, score, banco, financiadora, como e o que eu deveria fazer, quantos dias levaria, etc, tudo explicado! A melhor parte: Sr. Antônio e todos se empenham: gerente, vendedores (todos se ajudam), proprietário, bancos, financiadoras. E meu score aumentou depois da ajuda. Não tem como não virar Cliente Smart, pois tem 3 lojas pra escolher e uma equipe de primeira qualidade em atendimento, antes, durante e depois.
In 2 weeks, I went to many dealerships and parking lots. I had "answer": I just sat down, they looked at my data and said they didn't approve: 20 minutes. Worse still, they say try after 30 days.
At Smart, I had "classes" about car, score, bank, finance company, how and what I should do, how many days it would take, etc., everything explained! The best part: Mr. Antônio and everyone is committed: manager, sellers (all help each other), landlord, banks, financers. And my score increased after the help. It's impossible not to become a Smart Customer, as it has 3 stores to choose from and a top-notch service team, before, during and after.
