★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Resolveram o problema do meu Iphone 5 em apenas 10 minutos ,com garantia de 03 meses.Anteriormente eu havia ido no" único local autorizado da Apple" , e só complicaram. Eu teria que deixar o Iphone no local durante 07 dias, salvar dados, com possibilidade de ser necessário trocar o aparelho. Parabéns para o Centro de Smartphone, conhecimento e honestidade.
They solved the problem of my Iphone 5 in just 10 minutes, with a 3-month warranty. Previously, I had gone to the "only Apple authorized place", and it only complicated. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento e serviço... Tive que trocar uma bateria com eles três vezes porque a que colocavam (até então "verdadeira"), não durava nem três horas. Por fim, na última troca da bateria, colocaram uma que funcionou bem durante alguns dias, mas logo já não aguentava mais nada. Sei que têm mão de obra qualificada, mas ainda pensam em cumprir um serviço ao invés de servir um cliente e solucionar o problema do mesmo. Uma pena. Fui cliente por muitos anos, mas não recomendo mais.
Terrible care and service... I had to change a battery with them three times because the one they put in (until then "real") didn't even last three hours. Finally, in the last battery change, they put one that worked well for a few days, but soon it couldn't take it anymore. I know they have a qualified workforce, but they still think about fulfilling a service instead of serving a customer and solving their problem. A feather. I've been a customer for many years, but I don't recommend it anymore.
