Iria fechar com eles, na hora de pegar as chaves, contrato PRONTO, tudo ok, e fui informado que a proprietária errou o valor do imóvel logo (depois de dias correndo com papelada e contrato PRONTO! Perdi muuuuuito tempo em vão, pq falei muito claramente sobre o valor. Não recomendo
Commenting here to serve as an alert for anyone who wants to rent with the property in question. It would close with them, when it comes to picking up the keys, PRONTO contract, everything ok, and I was informed that the owner erred the value of the property soon (after days running with paperwork and PRONTO contract! I wasted sooooo much time in vain, because I talked a lot clearly about the value. I don't recommend
