★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Na hora de alugar são prestativos e sem burocracia. Porém não te entregam o laudo de vistoria do imóvel, e diz pra você enviar seu relatório vistoria no suporte, fiz mas nunca me retornam. Uma grande armadilha para aproveitar da boa fé do cliente. Já no momento de devolução do imóvel te impõe todas as dificuldades e despesas. Ainda exigem que faça benfeitorias que não te apresentaram na vistoria. Não recomendo a ninguém!
 Terrible! At the time of rent they are helpful and without paperwork. But they do not give you the property inspection report, and tell you to send your inspection report in support, I did but never return to me. A big pitfall to take advantage of the customer's good faith. Already at the time of return of the property imposes all difficulties and expenses. They still require you to make improvements that did not show you in the survey. Not recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Corretores aflitos que não prestam a atenção nas nossas solicitações. NÃO GOSTEI e não recomendo. Fiz negócio c/ a concorrente, que mudou da água para o vinho.
Terrible attendance. Distressed brokers who do not pay attention to our requests. I didn't like it and I don't recommend it. I did business with a competitor, who switched from water to wine.

Fui praticamente expulso do apartamento que morava pois queriam aumentar 36% do aluguel e não quiseram nem negociar, quando viram que eu estava tentando negociar já colocaram o apartamento para vender e queriam que ficasse entrando gente na minha casa para olhar o ap.. Enfim, não recomendo

Mas agora que estamos com diversos problemas estruturais na casa que alugamos, os funcionários do "SUPORTE" não dão suporte nenhum. ESTOU HÁ 5 MESES COM O BANHEIRO PARADO, LAVANDO O MEU CABELO NO TANQUE E SEM PODER USAR O VASO SANITÁRIO DO BANHEIRO DA CASA QUE ALUGUEI E QUE ESTOU PAGANDO O ALUGUEL EM DIA SEMPRE. Isso além de ser desumano, é ILEGAL. Várias vezes perguntamos a Up estate quais são nossos direitos como locatários e eles NUNCA tiveram o menor interesse em nos responder. Chegam a demorar MAIS DE 10 DIAS PARA RESPONDER OS EMAILS. Estão sempre jogando a culpa no proprietário, dizem que ele não aprovou as reformas e que estão tentando negociar com ele. Mas no nosso caso, um banheiro parado é um REPARO URGENTE, direito do locatário e obrigação do proprietário, isso nem deveria estar sendo discutido. Estamos imensamente insatisfeitos com o serviço dessa imobiliária inútil. INÚTIL!!!! Pois afinal eu e meu marido que temos que ficar fazendo papel de imobiliária, seja orçando os reparos, comunicando com o proprietário. Vamos ACIONAR A JUSTIÇA com uma ação de obrigação de fazer contra a Up Estate. Quem sabe assim eles começam a trabalhar direito e cumprir com os seus deveres. Tem sido um desgaste psicológico absurdo, será que a Up State vai arcar com os custos dos nossos psicólogos e psiquiatras? Pois é graças a eles que estamos vivendo de um jeito INSUPORTÁVEL desde agosto. NÃO CONTRATEM ESSA EMPRESA IMPRESTÁVEL! NÃO RECOMENDO NEM A MEU PIOR INIMIGO. NÃO ALUGUEM PELA UP STATE, É DOR DE CABEÇA E DESGASTE NA CERTA.
BAD!!!! Before closing the lease, they are even helpful. But now that we have several structural problems in the house we rent, the employees of "SUPPORT" do not give any support. I HAVE BEEN WITH THE BATHROOM STOPPED FOR 5 MONTHS, WASHING MY HAIR IN THE TANK AND UNABLE TO USE THE TOILET BATHROOM AT THE HOUSE I RENTED AND I AM PAYING THE RENT ON TIME FOREVER. This is in addition to being inhumane, it is ILLEGAL. We have asked Up estate several times what our rights are as tenants and they have NEVER had the slightest interest in answering us. It takes OVER 10 DAYS TO ANSWER EMAILS. They are always blaming the landlord, saying he hasn't approved the reforms and that they're trying to negotiate with him. But in our case, a stopped bathroom is an URGENT REPAIR, the tenant's right and the owner's obligation, this shouldn't even be being discussed. We are immensely dissatisfied with the service of this useless real estate agency. USELESS!!!! After all, my husband and I have to play the role of real estate, be it budgeting for repairs, communicating with the owner. We will TURN THE JUSTICE with an obligation-to-do action against Up Estate. Maybe that's how they start working properly and fulfilling their duties. It has been an absurd psychological strain, will Up State bear the costs of our psychologists and psychiatrists? Because it's thanks to them that we've been living in an UNBEARABLE way since August. DON'T HIRING THIS WRONG COMPANY! I DON'T RECOMMEND EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. DON'T RENT BY THE UP STATE, IT'S A HEADACHE AND WEAR FOR SURE.
