★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de dar uma avaliação positiva, porém o descaso que minha irmã passou foi tão antiprofissional.
Minha irmã entrou em contato com a Sodiê da Vila Nova Cachoeirinha fazendo encomenda de um bolo escolhendo sabor etc. O bolo seria para o domingo 23/01. Chegou no horário marcado infelizmente o bolo não chegou , então minha irmã entrou contato com a Loja que foi informado que simplesmente esqueceram, acabaram não fazendo o bolo. Resultado, tivemos que ir em um mercado atrás de bolo, pois era para comemorar o aniversário minha mãe .
Anos atrás já tive uma experiência péssima, agora novamente.
 I would like to give a positive evaluation, however the neglect that my sister went through was so unprofessional.
My sister got in touch with Sodiê from Vila Nova Cachoeirinha ordering a cake, choosing flavor etc. The cake would be for Sunday 23/01. It arrived at the scheduled time, unfortunately the cake did not arrive, so my sister contacted the store who was informed that they simply forgot, they ended up not making the cake. As a result, we had to go to a market for cake, as it was to celebrate my mother's birthday.
Years ago I had a bad experience, now again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento é muito, muito ruim... os administradores da franquia deviam ficar de olho pq queima o nome da sodie. E sempre a desculpa é "pq estou trabalhando sozinha". Além da antipatia, e não atenderem telefone ainda esquecem a encomenda.
The service is very, very bad... the franchise administrators should keep an eye out because it burns sodie's name. And the excuse is always "because I'm working alone". In addition to the dislike, and not answering the phone, they still forget the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa localização, segurança, limpeza, organização e atendimento. Loja seguindo a risco o modelo definido pela franquia. O estacionamento é muito limitado e não fácil saída (fica na beira da avenida e a calçada é estreita, não dá pra manobrar). Preços definidos pela franquia (subiram bastante na virada do ano 2022).
Good location, security, cleanliness, organization and service. Store following the model defined by the franchise at risk. Parking is very limited and it's not easy to get out (it's on the edge of the avenue and the sidewalk is narrow, you can't maneuver). Prices set by the franchise (they went up a lot at the turn of the year 2022).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO, não comprem nessa sodie, simplesmente esqueceram de anotar a minha encomenda, fizeram em cima da hora quando fui buscar, os doces vieram faltando granulado, em uma caixa que não cabiam todos, horrível!
