★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Um sofá com material de baixa qualidade. A espuma baixou em menos de um mês, com muita dificuldade vieram buscar pra consertar tive que pagar inclusive o frete e não ficou bom.
Bad experience. A sofa with low quality material. The foam dropped in less than a month, with great difficulty they came to fix it, I had to pay for the shipping and it was not good.

O orçamento ficou 50% mais caro que o de estofadores de esquina, mas por ser tratar de uma loja de fábrica, acredito que valeu a pena. A entrega foi em exatos 20 dias úteis, conforme combinado.
Really quality service. I had my sofa remodeled and it was identical to the original model (seams and finishes). The budget was 50% more expensive than the corner upholstery, but as it is a factory store, I believe it was worth it. Delivery took place in exactly 20 business days, as agreed.
