★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta ter atendimento bom, é NÃO entregar o pedido na data correta. Eles informam que o pedido tá saindo para entrega, e o pedido nunca chega. E eles vão ganhando tempo com essas desculpas, e os clientes perdendo tempo.
It's no use having good service, it's DON'T deliver the order on the correct date. They inform you that the order is going out for delivery, and the order never arrives. And they are buying time with these excuses, and customers wasting time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não cumpre o prazo de entregas, depois do prazo de entrega me pediram mais 2 prazos e tambem não cumpriram, veio faltando um complemento do meu sofá chegou em dezembro já estou no dia 25.02.22 e até o momento não me entregaram os macarroes do meu sofá e toda semana ligo cobrando eles e minha nota fiscal que também até o momento nao me enviaram, fiquei muito decepcionada no dia do primeiro atendimento foi excelente mais na hora da venda tudo e flores depois vem os problemas.

Após 10 dias entrei em contato com a loja para saber o motivo do atraso e todo dia foi uma desculpa diferente. Falta de compromisso enorme com o cliente! E continuo sem estimativas para receber o produto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Deram 5 dias úteis para a entrega do móvel, já faz 1 mês e o pedido ainda não chegou. Inventam desculpas diversas, nao informam o cliente sobre possíveis atrasos, deixam o cliente sem saber o que está acontecendo. Maior enrolação, decepção total.
Terrible! They gave 5 working days for the delivery of the furniture, it's been 1 month and the order still hasn't arrived. They invent various excuses, do not inform the customer about possible delays, leave the customer without knowing what is happening. Bigger hype, total disappointment.
