★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não aluguem com essa empresa, eles recebem os valores e demoram a repassar, a previsão no contrato é dez diz apos o recebimento, eles jã atrasaram mais de vinte dias, sem falar do desconforto que é ligar todos os meses e perguntar sobre o repasse.
Segundo informa, a demora é causada pelo responsável das assinaturas dos cheques, o que não julstifica, já que o inquilino paga em dia.H
Há cinco anos atras tive esse mesmo problema, aluguei através de outra imobiliária, achei que não mais existisse, pois me garantiram que o problema estaria sanado, e mais uma vez me enganei.

No momento da venda são atenciosos, educados e prometem o melhor condomínio do mundo, porém, depois que vocês finalizam a compra a realidade é outra. Comprei um Lote no Condomínio Villas de Carapibus, e além deles estarem com a entrega atrasada a mais de 2 anos, o condomínio está com problemas de documentação junto a prefeitura do Conde e cartório de Alhandra, bem como, os itens previstos no Condomínio não estão de acordo com o memorial descritivo e contrato. Antes de fecharem negocio siga a dica procure o cartório de registro de imóveis e peça uma certidão de inteiro teor do lote que você almeja depois procure a prefeitura do município e veja as questões de IPTU e mais no contrato na clausulas da imissão de posse vocês tem que observar de quem é a responsabilidade das taxas e impostos até a entrega.

Total falta de respeito com o cliente.
Se quiserem ter dor de cabeça e fazer várias ligações para ouvir a mesma resposta, é só fechar negócio com a Sólida.
Todos os pagamentos foram efetuados, as partes assinaram e a documentação não sai porque falta a assinatura de um diretor que nunca está na empresa. Uma espera de quase um mês, por uma simples assinatura.
Não façam negócio com a Sólida, a menos que queiram se estressar bastante!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando procuro uma imobiliária quero encontrar pessoas capacitas e que saibam o que tem no seu portafolio. Acho que o atendimento deixa muito a a quem. Não sabem informar nada, ficam mais de uma hora na frente do computador procurando. Não recomendo.
