★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionária muito mal educada na recepção!!!! Fui recebida com muita grosseria pela funcionária que estava recebendo os clientes porque faltava 30 minutos para encerrar o expediente. Muita aglomeração na recepção. Covidario!!!!!
Very rude receptionist!!!! I was received very rudely by the employee who was receiving customers because there was 30 minutes left to close the day. Lots of crowds at reception. Covid!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tremenda palhaçada.. fazem exame cujo resultado só é relevante quando entregue no mesmo dia e só entregam 5 dias depois.
Melhor dizer que não fazem e pronto, seria mais honesto..inclusive por não fazer as pessoas, mesmo já tendo perguntado sobre o prazo, ter de pegar senha e aguardar para obter essa informação que só coroa a falta de conhecimento sobre o tipo de serviço que a clínica presta.
Tremendous clowning... they take a test whose result is only relevant when delivered on the same day and only deliver it 5 days later.
Better to say that they don't do it and that's it, it would be more honest... even for not asking people, even having already asked about the deadline, having to get a password and wait to obtain this information, which only crowns the lack of knowledge about the type of service that the clinic provides.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboratório de excelência, desde a recepção, coleta e resultados! Tive a sorte de pegar duas enfermeiras mão de fadas para coleta de Sangue, Jamile (no período da tarde) Suane (no período da manhã) sem palavras, super indico.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma péssima experiência... cheguei por volta das 7:30 para fazer uma coleta de laboratório, estava escrito na frente e anunciado que os exames de covid eram a partir das 9h, porém, comecei a observar que muitas pessoas chegavam para realizar o exame ou procurar informações e ja eram atendidas antes da hora anunciada.
I had a bad experience... I arrived around 7:30 to do a laboratory collection, it was written on the front and announced that the covid exams were from 9 am, however, I started to observe that many people arrived to perform the exam or looking for information and they were already attended to before the announced time.

Parabéns a todos que fazem a Solim ser um diferencial em seu segmento e por qualificar tão bem a sua equipe.
A reference clinic in Aracaju, excellent infrastructure with its own private parking, excellent opening hours, helpful staff, with good service and explanations about exams and care, I went with my wife and we were delighted with the attention, particularly with the employee Yasmin, who served us very well, and also seeking to solve our needs. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível! Esperei praticamente 3 meses para realizar exame de lâmina, quando chegou no dia agendado a médica teve um imprevisto, mas NINGUÉM me avisou. Desmarquei compromissos e quando fui reclamar a atendente me informou que o número que passei estava incorreto (sendo que para marcar a consulta eles entraram em contato comigo com esse mesmo número). Além disso, esse fato ocorreu há 13 dias, mas até agora ninguém me ligou tentando reagendar um novo horário para mim.
Horrible experience! I waited almost 3 months to perform a slide exam, when the doctor arrived on the scheduled day, there was an unforeseen event, but NOBODY warned me. I canceled appointments and when I went to complain the attendant informed me that the number I gave was incorrect (and to book the appointment they contacted me with that same number). Also, this fact occurred 13 days ago, but so far no one has called me trying to reschedule a new time for me.
