Lhe deixam em uma salinha de espera e vão chamando um a um para empurrar um serviço maior do que aquele que você pediu. De um alinhamento e balanceamento de 140.00 reais tentaram me empurrar um orcamento de 1800.00 reais praticamente deram a entender que meu carro estava péssimo e com riscos de andar daquela maneira. Meu carro estava com revisão em dia e percebi que os funcionários são comissionados. Tomem cuidado com lugares que tentam empurrar servico além daquele que seu bolso pode fazer. Resumo: Eles se negaram a fazer meu alimhamento e balanceamento porqur neguei o orçamento de 1800.00. Levei meu carro em outro lugar que recebi atendimento mais consistente e sem riscos de deixar um rim lá.
I went to do alignment and balancing in the car. They said they would. They leave you in a waiting room and call one by one to push a service bigger than the one you asked for. From an alignment and balance of 140.00 reais they tried to push me a budget of 1800.00 reais they practically gave to understand that my car was terrible and at risk of driving that way. My car was serviced up to date and I noticed that employees are commissioned. Beware of places that try to push service beyond what your pocketbook can handle. Summary: They refused to do my alignment and balancing because I denied the budget of 1800.00. I took my car somewhere else that I received more consistent care and no risk of leaving a kidney there.
