Acho que vocês deveriam revisar questão de horário com os funcionários de vocês.
Cheguei às 11:52 na unidade do Bessa e o funcionário disse que já não atenderia mais, pois fechava de 12:00
Cheguei com uma criança de 06 anos, doente que não teve atendimento.
Tive que chamar novamente um Uber, pra me descolar até outra unidade mesmo chegando no tempo que o local ainda deveria está funcionando.
Funcionário alegou que o médico estava em atendimento, porém o paciente que estava sendo atendido saiu pontualmente às 11:56 do consultório.

I think you should review the time issue with your employees.
I arrived at the Bessa unit at 11:52 am and the employee said that he would no longer attend, as it closed at 12:00

I had to call an Uber again, to take me off to another unit even arriving at the time the place should still be working.
The employee claimed that the doctor was in attendance, but the patient who was being treated left the office promptly at 11:56 am.
