Esperei mais de uma hora para tirar uma dúvida de um medicamento que tinha esquecido de perguntar na consulta, fui embora e não consegui falar novamente com a médica. As atendentes simplesmente ignoraram. O que ainda resta é a médica Lucilene que é muito boa.
Boring and delayed attendants especially with children. I waited more than an hour to clear a doubt about a drug I had forgotten to ask at the appointment, I left and could not talk to the doctor again. The attendants simply ignored it. What remains is doctor Lucilene who is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Depois da reforma o local ficou maior mais espaçoso, mais confortável, tem local para as crianças brincarem enquanto esperam, tem máquina de auto atendimento para lanches e café expresso e caputino muito gostoso. O atendimento é bastante eficiente na recepção, e excelente atendimento por parte da médica que nós atendeu. Sabe tratar com as crianças bem direitinho. Recomendo.
After the renovation the place was bigger, more comfortable, has a place for the kids to play while they wait, has a self service snack machine and espresso and caputino very tasty. The service is very efficient at the reception, and excellent service from the doctor that we attended. He knows how to deal with the children very well. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei mais de 6 horas esperando uma consulta pelo tele medicina, sem nem mesmo a certeza de q eu ainda seria atendido. Se eu soubesse dessa demora teria ido logo para um hospital e não perderia meu tempo passando mal em casa.
I spent more than 6 hours waiting for an appointment by telemedicine, not even sure that I would still be seen. If I had known about this delay, I would have gone straight to a hospital and not wasted my time getting sick at home.
