★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito bom, mais lá só marcando só não dou 5 estrelas porque para um shopping aonde as pessoas vão o tempo todo deveria ter uma pessoa para atender por ordem de chegada . Várias vezes fui ao shopping e lembrei que queria fazer a sombrancelha e não tinha vaga mais a loja estava vazia sem ninguém sendo atendido.
Very good, but just checking it out, I don’t give it 5 stars because for a mall where people go all the time there should be one person to attend on a first come, first served basis. Several times I went to the mall and remembered that I wanted to do an eyebrow and had no vacancy anymore, the store was empty with no one being served.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não indico! Fiquei mais de 20min esperando para ser atendida e não tinha nenhuma cliente na loja. Minha sobrancelha ficou torta e uma mais fina que a outra. Fiquei com medo de reclamar e piorar a situação, não volto nunca mais!
I do not indicate! I was more than 20 minutes waiting to be served and I didn't have any customers in the store. My eyebrow was crooked and one finer than the other. I was afraid to complain and make the situation worse, I will never be back!

Ontem marquei pelo Whatsapp para hoje às 16h, quando cheguei o atendente me disse que não havia nada marcado em meu nome, mostrei a conversa e ele me pediu desculpas, solicitou meu número e disse que se houvesse uma desistência me ligaria, sugerindo que eu desse uma voltinha no shopping, perguntei se caso não houvesse desistência se seria atendida e ele me confirmou que sim, que seria as 17:30
Enfim, retornei às 17:15 ea loja estava fechada com um papel colado dizendo que voltaria em 1 MINUTO, AGUARDEI ATÉ 17:40 E não apareceu ninguém!
Um desrespeito ao cliente principalmente pq fui no shopping só para isso.
Não recomendo a ninguém!!!!

Yesterday I dialed Whatsapp for today at 4 pm, when I arrived the attendant told me that there was nothing marked in my name, I showed the conversation and he apologized to me, asked for my number and said that if there was a withdrawal he would call me, suggesting that I give a walk in the mall, I asked if if there was no withdrawal if it would be answered and he confirmed that yes, it would be at 17:30
Anyway, I returned at 17:15 and the store was closed with a paper taped saying that I would be back in 1 MINUTE, I WAIT UNTIL 17:40 And no one came!
A disrespect to the customer mainly because I went to the mall just for that.
I don't recommend it to anyone !!!!
It was a gift for my daughter
