★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É simplesmente o PIOR ATENDIMENTO que eu já vi na vida. Total descompromisso e enrolação com os clientes, como se tivessem fazendo algum favor, atendentes mal educados, para solicitar internet demora MUITO, pois ninguém está interessado em te atender.
It's simply the WORST SERVICE I've ever seen. Total disengagement and coaxing with customers, as if they have done some favor, badly educated attendants, to request internet takes VERY MUCH, as no one is interested in serving you.

Por exemplo, eu contrato 100 MBITS de internet e neste momento estou recebendo 10 MEGABITS ou menos, ou seja, 10x (ou mais) menor que o valor contratado. Não posso jogar os jogos que eu quero e minha quarentena está sendo um inferno. Não recomendo para ninguém até que melhorem.
At first it was reasonable. Today, it fluctuates A LOT. For example, I contract 100 MBITS of internet and at the moment I am receiving 10 MEGABITS or less, that is, 10x (or more) less than the contracted amount. I can't play the games I want and my quarantine is being hell. I don't recommend it to anyone until they get better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem sei se vale uma estrela. Contratei 100MB e não chega nem 10. Internet cai demais e nem é em período de chuva. O técnico vem aqui pra resolver, mas não faz nada, continua ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo atendimento! Liguei durante um sabado 8 da manha com a finalidade de contratar o serviço. Me pediram pra ligar na segunda q no sabado nao instalariam.. entrei em contato na segunda e apos tres horas de pessimo atendimento.. falaram q so instalariam na terça.. tanto descaso q desisti de contratar. Primeiro provedor que vejo q não disponibiliza o roteador.. ( sim!! vc tem q comprar um q se encaixe nas caracteristicas da empresa e que talvez depois do periodo contratado findar, vc n irá mais utilizar). Propaganda enganosa de contrato.. oferece 200mb contratados.. mas na v3rdade vc contrata o serviço de 100 e recebe 200 ( se r3ceber né?).. apos o periodo de contrato sua internet será reduzida ao valor contratado. Se puder utilizar outro provedor utilize! Caia fora disso eh uma cilada.
Terrible attendance! I called during a Saturday 8 in the morning in order to hire the service. They asked me to call on Monday, they wouldn't install it on Saturday .. I got in touch on Monday and after three hours of terrible service. They said they would only install on Tuesday ... so much neglect that I gave up on hiring. First provider that I see q does not provide the router .. (yes !! you have to buy one that fits the characteristics of the company and that maybe after the contracted period ends, you will no longer use it). Misleading contract advertising .. offers 200mb hired .. but in reality you hire 100 service and receive 200 (if you know right?) .. after the contract period your internet will be reduced to the contracted value. If you can use another provider use! Get out of there and there is a trap.
