★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 03/01/22: fui com minha filha e pedimos 2 bambinis, mas eu acho que não tinha e o rapaz foi dosando um pacote maior. Mas quando ficou pronto, vi que tinha ficado bem menor que o bambini. Isso não pode acontecer! E um deles veio num prato diferente pq não tinha o "do bambini". Senti que, apesar de o atendimento do rapaz que montou e da caixa ser bom, tinha uma mulher lá que estava fora do padrão. Ela pôs o prato de qualquer jeito na bandeja (a caixa que arrumou), eu pedi queijo ralado, ela não pôs (a caixa colocou) e estava visivelmente irritada e nem fez questão de disfarçar... Chato demais isso! Parece que o cliente tá atrapalhando...
Eu vou pq sempre estou no Shopping Bourbon e minha filha gosta.
O atendimento do pessoal é legal, a variedade de itens (para incrementar os diversos tipos de massa) é grande, assim como as outras opções do cardápio.
Podemos escolher azeite, manteiga ou pesto para cozinhar o molho com os ingredientes.
Se tem fila, flui.
Eu sempre opto pelo penne integral, mas quando tem muito movimento, vem cru, e não “al dente”, como deveria.
Já pedi pra cozinhar mais e o pessoal da fila olha com aquela cara... Nem ligo, eu que vou comer, tem que estar como eu gosto...
 03/01/22: I went with my daughter and we asked for 2 bambinis, but I don't think there was any and the guy started dosing a bigger package. But when it was ready, I saw that it was much smaller than the bambini. This can not happen! And one of them came in a different dish because it didn't have the "bambini" one. I felt that, despite the service provided by the guy who set up and the box was good, there was a woman there who was out of the ordinary. She put the dish in any way on the tray (the box she fixed), I asked for grated cheese, she didn't put it (the box put it) and she was visibly irritated and didn't even bother to hide it... Too boring! It seems that the customer is getting in the way...
I go because I'm always at Shopping Bourbon and my daughter likes it.
The staff service is nice, the variety of items (to increase the different types of pasta) is large, as are the other options on the menu.
We can choose oil, butter or pesto to cook the sauce with the ingredients.
If there is a queue, it flows.
I always opt for the whole penne, but when there's a lot of movement, it comes raw, not “al dente”, as it should.
I've already asked to cook more and the people in the line look at that face... I don't care, I'm going to eat, it has to be how I like it...

É horrível .
Isto que eu só experimentei, não dava pra comer o segundo pedaço.
Parece que vc esta comendo uma mistura de plástico com borracha .
Spoleto não vendam isto como pizza , totalmente sem graça .
Não nos enganem .
NÃO COMAM .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cada vez pior! O cara que prepara quer ser super rápido, coloca bem pouco os ingredientes solicitados, o molho é o mínimo possível! E ainda tiraram o frango desfiado das opções!
It gets worse and worse! The guy who prepares wants to be super fast, puts the requested ingredients very little, the sauce is as little as possible! And they even took the shredded chicken out of the options!

Today I went to Spoleto at Shopping Bourbon, around 2:35 pm, and I was extremely well attended. The entire team, cooks and other employees are super attentive, friendly and courteous. I simply loved! This is the best moment in Shopping Bourboun's spoleto, a very well prepared team.

Nossa família sempre almoça aos finais de semana e frequentemente escolhe a salada de folhas frescas e variadas.
Poxa só tinha alface crespa? e o polpetone que pedi ao atendente para por favor servir bem passado, tbm veio quase cru, vc pode ver na foto!
O custo pagamos mas o prazer de comer pelo escolhemos e pelo que compramos, infelizmente depende da seriedade profissional do franqueado nos atender condignamente
Que pena, gastei 84 reais….. perdidos!!

Our family always has lunch on the weekends and often chooses the salad with fresh and varied leaves.
Wow, I only had curly lettuce? and the polpetone I asked the attendant to please serve it well done, it also came almost raw, you can see it in the photo!
We pay the cost but the pleasure of eating for what we choose and what we buy, unfortunately depends on the professional seriousness of the franchisee to serve us with dignity
What a pity, I spent 84 reais….. lost!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, sou acostumada a comer no Spoleto gosto bastante. Mais dessa vez deixou a desejar fiz um pedido pelo ifood de risoto e veio sem sabor, arroz duro, pouquíssimos ingredientes, enviaram com o lacre de segurança porém com a tampa aberta, torrada velha, total desleixo.Deveriam prestar mais atenção nessa unidade Spoleto shopping Bourbon, porque nos demais shoppings vem muito saboroso com os ingredientes corretos.
Com certeza nessa unidade não volto a comprar, como dizem por aí é a ovelha negra da franquia.
Bad experience, I'm used to eating in Spoleto, I really like it. But this time it left something to be desired, I ordered the risotto ifood and it came without flavor, hard rice, very few ingredients, they sent it with the security seal but with the lid open, old toast, total neglect. They should pay more attention to this Spoleto shopping unit Bourbon, because in other malls it is very tasty with the right ingredients.
I will definitely not buy this unit again, as they say, it is the black sheep of the franchise.
