★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz um pedido pelo Ifood de 2 combos, me entregaram apenas 1, mas como o pagamento é pelo App foi cobrado o valor dos 2.
Já estava perto da hora do restaurante fechar, eles não tem um telefone e nem chat para contato. Tive que reclamar para o Ifood e a resposta deles foi que não conseguiram contato com a loja. Me disseram que iriam estornar o valor de 1 combos (que não recebi), mas esse estorno cairá apenas em 2 meses.
UM ABSURDO A LOJA NAO TER NENHUM CONTATO PARA RESOLVER ESSE TIPO DE PROBLEMA.
 I made an order through Ifood for 2 combos, they gave me only 1, but as payment is made through the App, the value of 2 was charged.
It was almost time for the restaurant to close, they don't have a phone or chat to contact. I had to complain to Ifood and their answer was that they couldn't get in touch with the store. They told me they would reverse the value of 1 combos (which I didn't receive), but this chargeback will only drop in 2 months.
AN ABSURD THE STORE DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT TO SOLVE THIS TYPE OF PROBLEM.

Worst kfc I've ever been to, I've never seen everything missing, it's not one thing, I didn't have one thing, I would go for another option, I didn't have it either, horrible from beginning to end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de respeito. Colocam as fotos de sanduíches "lindos", com o frango bem grande e aparente e, para o cliente, entregam um sanduíche minúsculo onde nem se acha o frango direito.
Me senti enganado. Mas, lembrem-se, as pessoas são enganadas somente uma vez. Não peço mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive no local hoje,por volta das 17:00 a atendente com uma tatuagem nos dedos ficou batendo no balcão e reclamando pq eu estava escolhendo o lanche.fui embora e larguei tudo lá. Não volto mais!
Fui no kfc do shopping vila Olímpia e fui super bem atendido.
I was at the place today, around 17:00 the attendant with a tattoo on her fingers was banging on the counter and complaining because I was choosing the snack. I left and left everything there. I'm not coming back!
I went to the kfc at the Vila Olímpia shopping mall and was very well attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente de kfc a alguns anos, sempre como a salada kfc, mas não recomendo o shopping Bourbon
A salada veio azeda e na hora que reclamei a atendente disse que tinha sido feito no dia, porém logo depois outra atendente foi até minha mesa me levar outra, dizendo que aquela era nova.
Então, se eu não soubesse, teria comido a estragada.
Lugar péssimo, e falta de respeito total com o cliente
I've been a kfc customer for a few years, I always eat the kfc salad, but I don't recommend the Bourbon mall
The salad came sour and at the time I complained the attendant said it had been made on the day, but soon after another attendant came to my table to take another one, saying that this one was new.
So if I didn't know better, I would have eaten the spoiled one.
Terrible place, and total lack of respect for the customer

Horrível! Se for comparar o preço em relação a comida, está cara! Porque é ruim!
Uma decepção!
Eu e meu marido compramos um almoço lá e pense numa comida ruim...
Arroz frio, feijão praticamente sem tempero e quase frio, o purê misericórdia que gosto ruim e só batata amassada sem gosto (tava com um gosto estranho, como se estivesse a muito tempo no recipiente que eles servem).
Foi o pior purê que já comi na vida).
A batata frita que o meu marido pediu estava fria, murcha, o frango frio, arroz frio, enfim...péssimo!
No geral o prato estava uma vergonha!
Fora a quantidade de comida. Vem num potinho de nada pro preço que cobra.
(Mais pensei bem e ainda bem que veio pouco porque estava ruim demais).
Apesar de está fazendo uma observação em relação a quantidade da comida (que pra mim é relevante), o pior de tudo pra mim, foi a QUALIDADE da comida que é mais importante. Acredito que quando as pessoas saem de casa pra ir a um restaurante ela vai pra apreciar o sabor, o tempero diferente, a qualidade da comida.
Ninguem sai de casa pra comer comida ruim...
Vocês precisam urgentemente rever essas comidas que vocês servem.
Não é a primeira vez que eu vou ao KFC, mais é a primeira vez que eu como essa comida ruim...
Assim fica difícil agradar o cliente...
Mudar é necessário!

A disappointment!
My husband and I bought lunch there and think about bad food...
Cold rice, beans with practically no seasoning and almost cold, the mercy mash that tastes bad and just tasteless mashed potatoes (it had a strange taste, as if it had been in the container they serve for a long time).
It was the worst puree I've ever had in my life).
The fries that my husband ordered were cold, withered, the chicken cold, rice cold, in short...terrible!
Overall the dish was a disgrace!
Apart from the amount of food. It comes in a little pot for the price it charges.
(But I thought about it and I'm glad it came a little because it was too bad).
Although you are making an observation regarding the quantity of the food (which is relevant to me), the worst thing for me was the QUALITY of the food that is most important. I believe that when people leave home to go to a restaurant, they go to enjoy the taste, the different seasoning, the quality of the food.
Nobody leaves home to eat bad food...
You urgently need to review these foods that you serve.
It's not the first time I go to KFC, but it's the first time I eat this bad food...
So it's hard to please the customer...
Change is necessary!

Somos clientes deles já faz um bom tempo e sempre tivemos nossos pedidos com a entrega como a esperada: tiras de frango fresquinhas, quentinhas e não são encharcadas de óleo! Os molhos também: Delicious!!! Apenas o feijão (no PF) deixa a desejar, é o feijão enlatado: idêntico ao americano, bem diferente do brasileiro.
A restaurant with delicious chicken strips! Great option to accompany a drink... Our order is always the mega bucket! We have been their customers for a long time and we have always had our orders delivered as expected: fresh chicken strips, warm and not soaked in oil! The sauces too: Delicious!!! Only the beans (in PF) are lacking, they are canned beans: identical to the American one, quite different from the Brazilian one.
