Péssimo atendimento de vocês. Equipe péssima e mal Educada! Detalhe que o pedido não foi entregue!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um espaguete Al maré , estava totalmente sem gosto e agora não temos mais direito a um pacotinho se queijo ralado só ralado na hora. Meu macarrão tinha só gosto de salsa e cebolinha e 5 camarões não tinha gosto de nada. Horrível Spoleto nunca mais.
I ordered a spaghetti Al tida, it was totally tasteless and now we don't have the right to a small package of grated cheese that is only grated on time. My noodles just tasted like parsley and chives and 5 shrimp tasted like nothing. Horrible Spoleto never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provavelmente o pior Spoleto do planeta, o atendimento é muito ruim as atendentes são super mal educadas, colocaram o totem pra reduzir o contato com elas e ao invés de melhorar só piorou porque tudo que é solicitado é feito com extrema má vontade. Estou comendo uma salada agora com as tiras de frango CONGELADAS, e não é a primeira vez que isso acontece mas com certeza é última! Como em qualquer lugar desse shopping mas nesse Spoleto não volto mais. Eu até teria pena do empresário que investiu e tem seu negócio arruinado e está perdendo clientes por conta dos funcionários. Mas aí me lembro que a responsabilidade de entrevistar, contratar e gerir os funcionários é única e exclusivamente dele.
Boa sorte com esse empreendimento, até em pastelaria de Chinês os clientes são melhores atendidos e a comida melhor preparada.
Probably the worst Spoleto on the planet, the service is very bad, the attendants are super rude, they put the totem to reduce contact with them and instead of improving it only got worse because everything that is requested is done with extreme ill will. I'm eating a salad right now with the FROZEN chicken strips, and it's not the first time this has happened but it's definitely the last! Like anywhere in this mall, but in this Spoleto I won't be back. I would even feel sorry for the entrepreneur who has invested and has his business ruined and is losing customers because of his employees. But then I remember that the responsibility for interviewing, hiring and managing employees is solely and exclusively his.
Good luck with this venture, even in a Chinese pastry shop, customers are better served and the food is better prepared.
