Foi COMBINADO um dia antes que iriam ser feitas 6 pessoas que já haviam pago 60% do valor antecipado. A Patricia me garantiu que as pessoas que já estavam combinadas seriam feitas antes de qualquer coisa e que não iria fazer mais ninguém, apesar de toda a insistência dela em pegar mais cabelos de pessoas extras no dia. Na verdade, o clima ficou péssimo desde a hora que falei que ela não poderia pegar mais do que as 6 pessoas. Quando cheguei no quarto aonde estávamos nos arrumando, sem que tivesse me avisado antes, haviam mais convidadas fazendo o cabelo na frente das madrinhas!!! Fiquei numa super saia justa com as minhas convidadas e isso atrasou tudo. Uma madrinha que já havia pago saiu apenas com escova no cabelo.
Se isso não bastasse, a Patricia cobrou as pessoas a mais, ou então não conseguiu cobrar por causa do atraso e ficou me enviando mensagem e me ligando na Lua de Mel para que as pessoas a pagassem. Além disso queria cobrar penteado na madrinha que só conseguiu fazer escova!!
Profissional totalmente sem experiência...Meu cabelo depois de meia hora começou a soltar todos os grampos...Serviço caro e ruim!!
Acredito que com essa avaliação eu possa prevenir as noivas que queiram contratar essa pessoa! Eu não posso voltar no tempo, mas deixo aqui meu aviso para todas: NÃO RECOMENDO!
I HATED. Worst service on my wedding day. Inexperienced and disorganized.
It was COMBINED the day before that 6 people were going to be made who had already paid 60% of the advance amount. Patricia assured me that people who were already arranged would be made before anything and that she would not do anyone else, despite all her insistence on getting more hair from extra people on the day. In fact, the weather has been terrible since the time I said that she couldn't catch more than 6 people. When I got to the room where we were getting ready, without having warned me before, there were more guests doing their hair in front of the bridesmaids !!! I was in a super tight skirt with my guests and that delayed everything. A godmother who had already paid came out with just a brush in her hair.
If that weren't enough, Patricia charged people more, or else she couldn't charge because of the delay and kept sending me a message and calling me on their honeymoon so people would pay her. In addition I wanted to charge hairstyle for the godmother who only managed to brush !!
Professional totally inexperienced ... My hair after half an hour started to loosen all the pins ... Expensive and bad service !!
I believe that with this assessment I can prevent brides who want to hire this person! I cannot go back in time, but I leave here my warning to everyone: I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Last Saturday, March 14th, I did my day at the Studio. I would not have chosen a better place, a fully qualified and super professional team. My makeup was the most wonderful thing, drink, food and all the professionals are rated 1000.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento é bom, mas de todos os serviços o único q gostei foi a pedicure. Corte eu detestei, depilacao e manicure bem abaixo da expectativa. Custo beneficio não vale a pena. Caro pelo serviço oferecido.
Service is good, but of all services the only one I liked was the pedicure. Hair I hated, hair removal and manicure well below expectations. Cost benefit is not worth it. Expensive for the service offered.
