Fui pela primeira vez e fiz uma hidratação, a profissional maravilhosa eu amei o resultado no cabelo, fui pela segunda vez e fiz drenagem com massagem com a profissional Andreia, eu amei cada segundo, estou ansiosa para minhas próximas sessões. Sempre nos oferecem café, cappuccino, agua, etc. Nota 10.

Primeiramente, era uma reservas para atender 8 pessoas (noiva e madrinhas, daninhas e mãe da noiva), maquiagem e penteados.
Metade das clientes não chegaram a tempo na cerimônia religiosa. Nenhuma pontualidade. Eu fui a última a ser atendida e fui mal atendida principalmente pelo cabelereiro. No fim ao reclamar do penteado, ele disse que o meu cabelo não ajudava no penteado....que era seco...( P.S. meu cabelo é crespo).E ao tentar arrumar notava ele pegando o secador e babyliss de forma bruta e grosseira.
Culpar a minha textura de cabelo foi obviamente mais fácil do que reconhecer a incompetência dele com profissional.

Blaming my hair texture was obviously easier than acknowledging his incompetence with a professional.
